Whether you are looking for the perfect summer getaway or a romantic winter escape, our boutique Townhouses have everything you need for a relaxed and stress-free beach side holiday.
Each two storey Townhouse has three bedrooms and boasts 2 Queen Beds and 2 Long Single beds which can easily be converted into another Queen Bed and can accommodate up to 6 people. (Please note additional charge of $25 applies to convert Long Single Beds to Queen - this must be requested when making your booking)
The fully equipped open plan designer kitchen, dining room and living room open out onto your own private patio and secure garden area. The living room includes a 40" plasma television, DVD player and Ipod Docking station/stereo system.
Your comfort is assured all year round with reverse cycle air-conditioning in downstairs living areas and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Your private patio area has an outdoor table and seating allowing you to enjoy a glass of the region's superb wine whilst dining alfresco.
Cooking outdoors is a breeze using the electric BBQ and there is even a secure garden area with room for the children to play in the fully fenced garden while you relax with a book in the afternoon sun. The secure remote controlled garage with direct house access and driveway allows ample room to park your car.

Five generations of us have been lucky enough to grow up holidaying in this beautiful part of the world and we are so pleased to be able to provide accommodation so that others now have the opportunity to create their own wonderful Port Macquarie holiday memories.

Executive Townhouses | 1 -5
2 Queen Beds and 2 Long Single beds which can be easily converted into another Queen Bed and can accommodate up to 6 people. (Please advise if you require single beds to be converted to Queen - extra charge of $25 applies)
All three bedrooms are located upstairs with one full size bathroom with a bath. The Master bedroom has a TV and direct access to the bathroom. There are two separate toilets - one upstairs and one downstairs. All townhouses have lockable adjoining gates in the rear garden - perfect if you are travelling with friends or family.
Driveway access is via Wesley Avenue. The beach is a short stroll across the road. There are no ocean views from the Executive Townhouses.
All linen including bath towels is provided. (BYO beach towels)

*Early Check-in/Late Check-out is more than welcome with prior approval. As long as there is no-one checking out the day you arrive or checking in the day you leave we are very happy to offer our guests an early Check-in or late Check-out. Please make sure this is arranged and confirmed with our Property Manager prior to your arrival.
Escape at Nobbys properties are fully self-catering and as such are NOT serviced. Should you wish to have your house cleaned or linen and towels refreshed during your stay, this can be arranged for an ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

NO PARTY POLICY
Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy and does not have any policies or procedures in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. Booking guest must be aged 25 years or older and be present for the entire booking period.
Although we love animals we do have a very strict “No – Pets” policy and do not allow any pets including birds under any circumstance. We must enforce this rule out of the consideration of all guests some of which may suffer from severe allergies.
All bookings are subject to a $500 security bond and the booking guest is required to provide our Property Managers, Elders Real Estate with Photo ID and complete a booking confirmation form and credit card hold authority form authorizing the amount of $500 to be charged to your credit card on the day you arrive (Friday if arriving on Sat or Sun).
The bond will be held until it has been confirmed by our cleaners that the property was left in good order and all terms and conditions of the rental have been met. The security deposit amount will be refunded to the credit card provided to our Property Manager, Elders Real Estate.
Should you require the long single beds converted to a Queen bed there will be an additional charge of $25.00/stay.
Port-a-cot hire - $25.00/stay
These additional extras must be requested at the time of booking and your booking total will be adjusted to reflect the extra charges.
We do offer a discounted rate for stays of 7 nights or more. This discount is NOT available during the two week Peak Christmas and New Year holiday period. The discount will be applied automatically when you enter your travel dates of 7 nights or more.
