Are you looking for quality accommodation in Sydney? Our beautifully renovated and spacious apartment is perfect. Close to the city on Sydney’s lower north shore with stunning vistas from both living areas and views of the New Year Eve harbour fireworks.

This is a beautifully renovated spacious non-smoking two bedroom apartment in a small Art Deco block of three with a video security system and lock-up garage parking.

The ferry is a 3 minute walk away along the harbour with a short ride to the city, harbour, and beaches. Ferries leave every 1/2 hour. Buses are also only 5 minutes walk away. Close to Sydney's major events and attractions.

It's only a 5 minute walk to the Peter MacAllum Harbourside swimming pool where you can lounge on the decking or float in the pool whilst looking at the bridge and opera house. How much better does it get?

Your Apartment

This is an air conditioned smartly furnished oversized two bedroom apartment with a queen size bed in the master bedroom and iPod docking station. The second bedroom has two large single beds. Both bedrooms have bedside tables with lamps and plenty of wardrobe hanging space and hangers. Sleep in luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets! Modern bathroom with oversize cotton bath sheets.

Spacious modern kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven and fully equipped with stainless steel cookware, glasses, crockery, blender, plunger, adjoining the dining area with seating for six.

Beautiful timber floors and oriental rugs throughout with new leather couches and chairs in both living areas. The loungeroom has a large flat screen LCD TV plus DVD player and free Foxtel cable TV. There is free broadband WiFi throughout the apartment. Adjoining the lounge is a long spacious enclosed sun room with coffee table and chairs that look out over the panoramic Sydney harbour views. Main harbour views can also be enjoyed from the loungeroom.

The apartment is decorated with a mix of Asian and Australian artworks and collectables, acquired by the owners on their travels.

Top class property

Over the years we have been guests at well over fifty establishments throughout Australia and Narooma is without a doubt the best of the lot.

The apartment occupies the whole floor, it is large, clean, very well equipped and is stocked with lots of extras such as tea bags, milk, bread, sugar etc. There's a stock of interesting vinyl LP's and loads of books, plus the TV has a box for recording programmes, (no annoying ad's) which is a first for us not only in Aus but anywhere outside of the UK! The view over the harbour is stunning. All the cruise ships pass by and the odd one even anchors outside the apartment.

Old Cremorne ferry wharf is less than five mins walk away and the 225 bus (for shops and city/beach connections) about the same, we didn't hire a car and never felt the need for one. This is a residential area and not on the tourist trail, the only tourists we saw near "home" were walking the scenic coast path which passes the wharf. So if you want to be away from the crowds but have easy access to the city this maybe just the spot for you.

Is there a down side - certainly not with the apartment - but the great view does mean that you are perched on a hill. We arrived with luggage on the ferry and there's a steep hill and over eighty steps to negotiate wharf to door. We're retired and it didn't bother us but worth noting if you're not so good at getting around.

I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment though, the climb is well worth it. And you can save a fortune on restaurant bills - why eat out when you can have that view in the evening?

Location... Location...LOCATION!!!

This property was more than we expected! Walking distance to 3 Ferry stops to get you anywhere you could imagine! 10 mins to Circular Quay, Taronga Zoo, Luna Park... you name it! Beautiful water views to match the gorgeous decor throughout the home. We stayed for a week quite comfortably feeling like we were at home. We will definitely be staying again on our next visit to Sydney!

Second stay as good as the first

We returned a year after our first stay at Narooma because we couldn’t imagine staying anywhere better. This time we brought the car with us. Garage parking was a bonus and the location was really convenient for travelling to different parts of Sydney in any direction. This time we knew not to over pack because so much of what we needed would be provided. Our only regret was that Sydney didn’t give us any real swimming weather so the beach towels were used only for a picnic. We would love to come back to sit in front of the window with the harbour view again one day! Thanks for making our holiday so easy and enjoyable.

Great Choice.

From the moment we arrived on a hot humid day, I knew I had made an excellent choice. The air conditioner had been put on. The flat is roomy, very comfortable with a view of the harbour. I liked the thoughtfulness of having the basics eg. Detergent , washing powder, tea, coffee, fresh milk etc supplied.We enjoyed our 10 day stay and were able to host some family and friends for a meal. Seeing the photos of the flat ,was what led me to book for our stay, but it was even better than I was expecting. Thankyou to the owners for making it available for short term rental. We certainly will book again.

A wonderful surprise

This quality apartment at Cremorne Point is in the perfect location. A view over Sydney harbour to watch the ferries, yachts and cruise ships go by and only a couple of minutes walk to the ferry terminal. A big bonus is the availability of the garage for your car. The apartment itself is huge, bigger than the photos suggest. Extremely well equipped with extras such as beach towels, washing powder for the laundry, even washing gloves in the kitchen. Beds very comfortable. The apartment has air conditioning which came in handy. The walkway around Cremorne Point is magnificent, views of Opera house and the Harbour Bridge. Would definitely stay here again.
