Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Sunroom, 2 Baths (Sleeps 2-6)

Koral Seas has a 180 degree ocean view from every room! Watch pelicans and parrots soar, whales breach and sailboats glide while having a drink and listening to the surf below. Ample room in this nearly 2,000 sq. ft. condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 large private decks to relax and listen to the tropical sounds of the birds. Watch the sunrises and sunsets and the frequently occurring rainbows from the decks and at night the lights from the BVI and the moonbeams light up the sky.

Mahogany Run condos are located within a gated community of other condos and villas as well as the islands only golf course. Mahogany Run golf course is the home of the famous 'devil's triangle' which can be viewed from the decks.

Beautiful Magen's Bay Beach is the closest beach and has a reputation for being one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world, according to National Geographic. Other equally beautiful beaches are found all over the island and all beaches are open to the public.

Ferries can be easily boarded to explore neighboring islands such as St. John and the British Virgin Islands of Tortola , Jost and Virgin Gorda.

We have been very happy to stay in Jim and Celia's apartment on the Northside.

The apartment is large and there is everything you need for everyday life. There are lovely cool sea breeze, the apartment is clean and orderly. It is located in an area where there is quiet both day and night and it is a pleasure to sit on the patio and eat.We did not use air conditioning. We can recommend the apartment and hope that we get the opportunity to come again.

Bright and Beautiful Condo

This condo was the perfect place to stay on our vacation to St Thomas. It is very comfortable, quiet, and well equipped for daily living. The view is breathtaking overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. We loved watching the sailboats from the balcony. The swimming pool on Mahogany Run was very nice. The owners Jim and Celia, took the time to tell us what to expect on the island and gave us advice and recommendations of things to see and places to eat out while we were there. So helpful! We had a wonderful time at Koral Seas! Would definitely recommend this condo for an unforgettable vacation!

Charming, Bright and Panoramic

The condo was a dream in a Caribbean vacationer's life. Beautifully decorated, clean and so comfortable. We loved the view of the Atlantic Ocean from every room and saw a rainbow almost every morning. The condo is appointed with every amenity necessary to comfortable living. Quiet and a hop and skip from beautiful Magens Beach. Our well traveled guest from Germany commented over and over that she had truly visited "paradise." Owners Jim and Celia have thought of everything we needed to enjoy our trip to St. Thomas. We loved the condo and plan to return again and again.

Stunning views on the Northside, quiet and spacious

Beautiful second-floor apartment, with two large bedrooms and separate bathrooms, set in the Mahogany Run gated community. The views from the balcony to the north toward Hans Lollik Island and to the east toward Tortola are spectacular. Kitchen has a gas stove and is relatively well-equipped and overall satisfactory. We love to cook, so the old teflon pots and pans were a bit of a disappointment. Gas barbecue is on adjoining balcony is functional. The closest beach is Magens Beach which is was our favorite beach, about 2.5 miles away. Rental car is essential for this location, to get to the beach, bring groceries and explore the island. We did not go the restaurant on the golf course, The Grille at Mahogany Run, because it seemed too quiet and went to the Old Stone Farmhouse Restaurant instead. The food there was outstanding, but the restaurant is very expensive.

The owner was very helpful and provided good instructions to locate and enter the apartment. Also, good pointers for grocery stores, restaurants and beaches.

Crime is an issue on St. Thomas and we felt safe here. But we did hear from some guests at another property at Mahogany Run that their apartment was ransacked while they were out, and the burglars made off with the flatscreen TV. Our advice: Don't leave passports or valuables in the apartment.

Owner's Response: 1st to clarify a statement made in the review. I called Mahogany Run about the break in; it was not a condo, it was a villa that did not have anyone staying in it. Our condo association pays a very high premium for 24 hour, 365 days. Every vehicle is checked in and out of Mahogany Run and every license plate recorded. I have to set up a visitors pass for every guest that stays at our condo. Every vender or worker has to be submitted for pre-approval. Villas do not pay or have security unless they have an alarm system. We have never had problem, nor has one of our guests had a problem. We have never felt any kind of security issues at the condo. Plus Mahogany Run condo association has an extremely high owner occupancy rate thus there is an owner in a unit some where near that would call over any suspicious activity. Yes, you need to be careful on St Thomas but that is true anywhere. When we purchased our condo, it had plastic plates, plastic glasses & silverware suitable to send to the beach with 3 year olds. We up graded everything from the plates, stem ware & silverware. While most guests are respectful & appreciate our condo, we've learned some hard lessons too... I am sure this guest would both appreciated & taken great care of the Cuisinart set of pots & pans we originally equipped the kitchen. However, the very 1st guest... Let me repeat, the very 1st guest destroyed the Cuisinart set! We will however take their feedback and replace the pots and pans as we have recently replaced; an AC unit, a new dish washer and a new gas grill. And we will also consider a safe for valuables to upgrade our condo. Thank You, Jim & Celia Dailey

Amazing views

My boyfriend and I rented this condo for our stay in st Thomas. It was amazing!!! The view is breath taking. The condo is off of a golf course. The owner was so helpful and attentive to our needs. I would most definitely stay at this property again. :)
