This modern three bedroom townhouse is in the elite Elsinor complex in the centre of Mulwala. Guests enjoy the best location in town - perfectly positioned next to Lake Mulwala; walking distance to clubs; shops; restaurants; mini golf and the many other tourist attractions that Yarrawonga Mulwala has to offer.

The foreshore is perfect for boating and swimming and offers extensive lawns and shade. Relax at night around the BBQ and watch the beautiful sunsets.

This townhouse is perfect for families, couples or groups looking for comfort and a great social space for gatherings. Large groups can be catered for. All the comforts of home - plus more.

Downstairs offers a spacious open plan living, dining kitchen area, separate toilet and laundry with access to a double lock up garage.

The kitchen has quality cooking facilities. Stepping out of the sliding glass doors is a covered bbq and sitting area which all look out onto the stunning tropical pool area.

Upstairs hosts the three bedrooms all generous in size. Presently there is bedding to suit 10 guests.

Upstairs a second living area and kitchenette adjoins the bedrooms. The main bathroom offers a bath and separate toilet. The main bedroom has a spacious en suite and access onto the second story balcony.

Enjoy a wine on the balcony, relax and take in the lovely views, before heading next door to the Mulwala water ski club for the night life!

Bedding Configurations:

Master - King bed with walk in robes and ensuite

Guest bedroom 2 - Queen bed with wardrobe

Guest bedroom 3 - 1 queen bed, 2 double beds, 2 single beds (bunks) & wardrobe

Landing - Double bed from divan.

All bedrooms have block out curtains and air conditioning.

The main bathroom has a shower and a bath. The toilet is separate.

Prices quoted are for 8 adults in 4 double beds. Extra charges apply for additional adults and children.

Please Note: The pool is not heated.

“Fantastic place to stay we have a fun girls week end here annually. It has everything you need for a lovely relaxing weekend and the price is very reasonable. Easy walk across the bridge to shops and not far to the ski club for tea and a drink. Karen is very friendly and helpful with anything you need."

Great townhouse

As a group of eight, four adults and four children, we found Elsinor No.2 to be fantastic accomodation. The townhouse was well positioned and extremely well equiped. Two living areas meant the kids had there own space which was good. The pool was good albeit pretty cool as it is unheated but the kids still went in with wetsuits on. Perfectly located a short stroll to the lake, the Ski Club was conveniently just up the road too. We would not hesitate to recommend this accomodation to others and infact return ourselves.

Great place!
