The kitchen is a chef’s delight with all the appliances you could wish for 2 ovens, and a coffee machine. Fully equipped with all the cutlery and crockery you desire, and the convenience of a dishwasher and microwave and every utensil you can think of. The owners have really thought about who the guests will be and their requirements.

Feel a sense of grandeur in the formal dining room where you can entertain in this delightful space before enjoying the ambiance of the cosy fireplace in the adjacent lounge with a good bottle of highlands wine.


Various living spaces allow you to congregate together or otherwise nestle yourself in the library with a good read or the sunroom overlooking the pool.

The main living space with several over sized comfortable lounges is warmed by a charming wood burning fireplace. This includes an enormous HD TV for lazing around watching a movie from the ample collection.

The Furnishings are handpicked from the French dining table to the stunning marble breakfast area.

The half acre of private garden is unique considering the closeness to the village.

Enjoy the swimming pool, trampoline, bocci, bikes, basketball court and other sporting equipment within the gardens.


Children are welcome but you must be warned its a big house and you may have hours where you do not hear from them at all.

Minimum Weekend Rates

Please note weekend rates apply as for 2 weekend nights regardless if only one weekend night is booked e.g. Thursday & Friday or Saturday & Sunday will be charged at the Friday/Saturday rate.

It made a family wedding and reunion so memorable

'Woodcote' provided the perfect venue for us to celebrate our son's Wedding that was held at nearby Milton Park. Not only did it provide a base for our family to re-unite from all corners of the globe, but it also saw the Groomsmen dress there for their big day - which was so very special!

This home is absolutely delightful, and reflected not only the essence of Bowral, but it was an accurate portrayal of the listing description. It was well equipped, spotlessly clean, private, and surrounded by beautiful trees - we could ask for nothing more. There was ample room for all to enjoy our own space, and yet allow us family gatherings in the spacious dining areas.

I am so very fortunate I found such a caring owner (who would always answer my queries promptly), and this delightful home. A treat for all to enjoy.
