The home is located in a quiet suburban street and its the best location due to its unique location near main arterial roads of Anzac Highway, Cross Roads and South Road make it excellent for finding where you need to go.

Local shops and conveniences are within 5-20 minute walking distance. The home has the best public transport options when visiting one of the many Adelaide events/attractions. Public transport links include the Adelaide to Glenelg Tram, many bus options and the Mike Turtur Bikeway. There is also free offstreet parking in the driveway of the home for a large car.

It is central to all that Adelaide has to offer including beaches, tourist attractions, events and those locations that are further afield, including our beautiful wine regions of McLaren Vale/ Barossa Valley/Claire Valley or a day trip to Victor Harbor, Goolwa, Pt Elliott, Kangaroo Island Ferry or Adelaide Hills including Mt Lofty, Cleland National Park, Hahndorf, Stirling. These are all destinations that can be easily accessed via the nearby arterial roads making it easy to get you to where you need to go.

The home is perfect for anyone who is coming to Adelaide whether as a tourist or for business or for practical reasons e.g. access to the Flinders Medical, Ashford Hospital, Royal Adelaide Hospital, Adelaide Based universities, the SA Aquatic Centre at Oaklands Park

The home is within a few minutes’ walk to the Glandore Community Centre where there is a playground and also some free play equipment/BBQ that can be booked from the centre during normal office hours.

There are numerous conveniences nearby including a local 7 day supermarket, bottle shop, take away food, local post office, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. There are many larger shopping centre within a few minutes’ drive - the closest being the Kurralta Centro (15 minutes’ walk) and includes a number of specialty shops, larger supermarket, bakery, take away food, coffee shops, optometrist and variety store to name a few.

The home has a very peaceful feel to it and nature lovers will love the trees and large private and secure back garden where you can enjoy the outdoor setting for 6 people. Inside you can relax on the couch watching TV on the 50cm LCD TV, DVD player and enjoy free Internet ADSL-2 Wi-Fi and a music system with iPod dock.

The home has a recently renovated kitchen with new appliances including a dishwasher where you can cook your own meals if you prefer and we also provide a Nespresso Coffee machine and a starter pack of coffee pods for those that like their coffee fix.

The home sleeps 5 people and the bedrooms are configured as follows:

Main bedroom with Queen bed (sleeps two)

2nd bedroom with two single beds; and

3rd smaller bedroom that (sleeps one).

A portacot can also be provided for use in Main bedroom if needed (please ask)

The property has reverse cycle air conditioning in the lounge and another reverse cycle air-conditioner to the rear of the home. The lounge area is also service by a gas space heater for those who prefer that option. All bedrooms and dining area have overhead fans. All beds are equipped with an electric blanket and dual bed controls for the Queen bed.

The bathroom incorporates a shower over bath tub and vanity unity. The toilet is conveniently located separately. The separate laundry is inclusive of washing machine, iron and ironing table, tub and mobile drying racks – there is a full size clothesline located outside for air drying.

There is a small carport for off street parking for a small car and the driveway can accommodate a larger car. Gates can be shut for security.

A welcome pack of coffee pods, tea, muesli, milk, biscuits and guest soaps are also provided.

No smoking indoors, no pets/parties/functions or loud noise in consideration of neighbours nearby.

Check in: around 4.00pm but can be earlier if the home is ready earlier. Late night arrivals can also be accommodated.

PRICING

As this is a 3 bedroom home then during peak periods our pricing is based on 4-5 people but during off peak season we do accept bookings for less people.

In off peak season if you are enquiring for two people with separate rooms then please make this clear in your enquiry as we quote on basis of main bedroom Queen Bed use.

Cancellations: We do not refund monies paid (other than the security bond) unless we are able to resell your dates at the same rate you paid and so the earlier you let us know the better. A $100 admin fee is charged. Note we are unable to refund the Stayz commission which is charged to us. We recommend travel insurance which will normally cover you for emergency cancellations (just check your policy wording).
