Aloha and welcome to our beautiful Maui BEACHFRONT complex located in sunny Kihei at Nani Kai Hale.

This unit is remodeled with 2 full bathrooms (one with walking shower and one with a full deep soaking tub). This luxurious condo offers FREE WIFI, bamboo floors throughout, crown molding detail, and all upholstered furniture (NOT the typical cheap rattan condo furniture). The bedding provided is a pillow top queen size and very comfortable. You will fall sleep easily on the high count cotton sheets. Beautiful cherrywood stained hangers (not the plastic hangers) are provided to keep your clothes hung nicely. All of the linens, pillows, dishes, etc. are changed out annually. Enjoy the 42' flat screen TV and DVD/CD Player.

The kitchen is completely stocked with all brand new dinnerware, storage containers, glassware, bakeware, etc.

We also provide 2 sets of snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs and a cooler.

LATE NIGHT FLIGHT DEPARTURE: book additional night recommended due to us booking back to back

SECURE AND CONVENIENT: This unit is one of a few that provides a secure keyless door entry (NOT the Home Depot/Lowe's lock). A secure code is provided prior to your arrival and changed out after EACH guest.

LOCATION: This Maui beach front condo is located at Nani Kai Hale Resort and is less than 10 miles from the airport, it is centrally located to all of your island activities on Maui.

The grounds at Nani Kai Hale are well manicured and constantly maintained. There are lounge chairs beach front either at the pool or front lawn. The best part of all of this is THE BEACH! It is the longest uninterrupted sandy beach in all of Maui!! There is a great reef close by to do some snorkeling and swimming with the turtles.

We require a 25% deposit to book. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you cancel BEFORE 60 days you will receive full refund minus $150 admin fee.

My husband and I met on MAUI in 2003, married on Keawekapu Beach in 2005. We were blessed to live here for 12 years. We love sharing our MAUI home with others to experience the beauty, relaxing and healing energy of the island.

What makes this condo unique

The convenience of being right at the beach. It's centrally located to any activity on the island. It sits on one of the longest walking beaches...pure sand...not all lava rocks. There is also a great snorkeling reef that you can swim to and swim with the turtles.

Thank you for letting us stay in your condo while on Maui. We found tha place was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed while on vacation. Once we got our bearings we realized that the location of your place is perfect for all the day trips we took. We loved that it was away from busyness of Kihei,etc but so blouse it was easy to go for meals, drinks & shopping. We really enjoyed going down to the BBQ area and putting some fresh pineapple and chicken on the BBq while watching the sun set...Beautiful! We even got to see three weddings next door while doing this. Thanks again for everything.

A wonderful place to stay on Maui

Our stay on Maui and in this condo was fantastic and we would definitely stay in these accommodations again ! The condo unit was very clean , with new furnishings and well stocked with needs for a vacation stay! Although a somewhat older condo complex , this condo has been remodeled . The condo complex building and grounds is very clean and well maintained . The pool is immaculate and there are many beach chairs to relax . The condo unit is directly on a beautiful sandy beach with beautiful views . It is located in a very central area of the Island shoreline and so it was easy to explore other parts of the island from the location . The unit itself is on an upper floor in back of the complex but there are decent views of the pool and ocean , as well as overlooking the parking lot . Reading previous reviews we did NOT find the location to be noisy with traffic at all....the mastered bed was comfortable .... The elevator broke once during our stay but it was quickly repaired ! My only complaint is that it would be ideal to have central air in the bedroom as it did get hot at night and the additional fan provide was not very strong .For the price I round definitely stay here again !! The owners of the condo were very accommodating and communicated well with us prior to our stay!!

Stunning beachfront condo-it's a repeat!

We had a fabulous stay in Sue's condo. She was absolutely fantastic to deal with...from start to finish.

The condo is very well appointed, clean, modern, updated with the amenities you could imagine. The fun cupboard is well stocked for the beach. Lots of neat beach toys and chairs.

We felt so at fact we have just booked it again.

Don't look any further...ou couldn't ask for a more perfect beachfront condo.

PS the bed is super comfy too and what a bonus to have 2 bathrooms.

Fantastic property on a great location, and with amazing view

The property is in excellent conditions, very well decorated and organized. It is very well-equipped with all the necessary things to not have to eat out. The barbecue outside is great, especially with the beach right in front of it, and the pool too.

We had a great time staying here, and the location of the property helped a lot: being in north Kihei it is very centrally located in the island. Many major water activities offered in-island take off from Maalea Harbor, which is just 10minutes away from the property. South Maui is super close, as well as the airport, West Maui and the Haleakala crater.

We especially appreciated all the beach and snorkeling gear left for us to use, which we did :) These are things that would not be ordinarily offered by hotels or properties, and saved us hassle and money!

Thank you so much for everything, and hope to visit again!

Exceeded our expectation

My husband and I spent a wonderful week in Nani Kai Hale. The resort was easy to find and right on the ocean. The view was excellent and the lanai made it possible to enjoy meals watching activities on the beach and wonderful sunsets. The condo was very clean and most of the appliances and furniture were new and gave a homey, welcoming Hawaiian feeling. There was lots of beach equipment and extras to make the most of your trip. The other tenants and groundskeeper are friendly and accommodating. The grounds are very well kept and the BBQ area is a great gathering place. We would love to come back some day. Hawaiian Traffic

I have a rental in Maui. There are 3 pertinent things that a guest needs.

#1 Amenities

VRBO #91198 has everything you and your family needs to have a very nice stay.

#2 Comfortable

This is why I give 3 stars, the beds. Not sure how 2 people are supposed to sleep together on an uncomfortable small squishy bubble bed. What a shame it was to end each day apart from the one you love, the decisions being made are who sleeps on the back torturous sofa sleeper or the weird squishy bubble bed. Each of which will give you a reason for a wheelchair by morning.

#3 Peace and quiet

Ever wonder what it would be like to sleep on a freeway? Do you relish the thought of hearing the mechanics of every type of engine and motor ever invented accelerating by your ear drum? Well then VRBO #91198 is for you.

The location to the beautiful beach is great. The complex is located in a convenient location. The parking is easy. I will not be back.

Owner's Response: Aloha guys... Thank you for your review, however, I'd like to respond to it so that a fair picture is painted.... #1. "How are 2 people supposed to sleep in a small squishy bed?" I don't ask for stats on my guests to know how to recommend if the bed would be suited for them or not. Meaning, I don't ask the SIZE of guests, that would be rude. I was surprised to read your comment about the bed, thinking, "how can someone say a queen bed is "small" unless the person is on the larger side themselves"? After looking at ID's you guys provided I now understand why you would think it's small (Not trying to be rude. I'm just responding to your comment). I believe it's the guests responsibility to read our ad and details about what's being provided. My ad CLEARLY states it's a queen bed. One would think you would know when booking the unit, if a queen bed would be big enough for you two, given both of your stature. Also, the sofa bed isn't normally offered to guests except on case by case scenario. You can see, a sleeper sofa is NOT advertised. That is for our use when family/friends want to come with us. #2. Peace and quiet: My question to you would be, "Is it possible you are sensitive to noise since you are from a very quiet community in Felton, CA, up in the mountains?" It's like someone living in the country going and staying in the city. Yes, it's going to be noisy to you. Every guest has different noise tolerances and we RARELY hear any complaints regarding this. If you follow the road you will see that it's a MAIN ROAD THROUGH KIHEI...condo's on both sides. No matter where you are along this road, you're going to hear some traffic. GOOD NEWS is, it's a 2 lane road so speed limit is 35mph. Also, traffic noise is usually between 7am-8pm, which is usually when most guests are out and about enjoying/discovering the island. I'm sorry to hear you won't be back. If you do come back to Maui in general, you might consider staying at one of the hotels down in Wailea/Makena where there is not a major road. The "Con" about that is you have to walk further to get to the beach and costs are double-triple the costs.

Maui Vacation

We stayed in VRBO #91198 for two weeks. We had a wonderful time. The condo was lovely and very clean. Beautiful views of the ocean and mountain. It was centrally located on the island. Everything we needed was available. It was close to Lahaina and Wialea for shopping dining and golf.

We are VERY central to everything on the island. Guest's love and have commented in reviews about our location and easy access to everything. The beach is a true beach and not crowded even in the peak season.
