Freshly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom character house in a very convenient location - 2 minutes walk to West Busselton Shopping Centre which includes IGA, post office, pharmacy, newsagency and lunch bar and bottleshop. 5 minutes walk to Busselton's most popular fishing and dog beaches. Stroll along the picturesque canal to the Bay and along the beach to the jetty and town center. 5 minutes drive into town center. Right next to the cycle path network (starts at the canal).

The house has a very relaxing outlook onto a spacious landscaped backyard which is frequented by many birds. The large peppy tree is home to a family of Western Ringtail Possums (on the endangered list). Relax under the trees on the sunbed and chairs and enjoy the Weber BBQ and outdoor dining and lounge area.

Friends Holiday House has all modern conveniences, clean and comfortable furnishings.

There are 2 newly renovated bathrooms (one with claw foot bath and large shower) and a separate toilet and the other with large shower and toilet. Quality bedding, linen and towels supplied. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with basic staples and quality housewares.

The house has high ceilings throughout and being approx 500m from the Bay, benefits from the sea breezes in Summer. The house also has 7.5 Kw r/c airconditioner and a slow combustion wood fire in the main living area, with ceiling fans and heaters in the bedrooms.

Pets are allowed on this property subject to conditions.
