Rates and photos shown are for my one bedroom penthouse apartment for 2 guests.
ONE BEDROOM air-conditioned apartment on penthouse level with ocean, beach & coastline views to accommodate 2 Adults ( 1-2 young children welcome with own bedding. There is a travel cot and highchair available)

The apartment is private, air-conditioned, on the penthouse level with beautiful panoramic ocean, beach and coastline views and has a very large private and sheltered balcony with BBQ and outdoor dining set.
Just a 2 minute stroll to the beautiful beaches (Main Beach to the left and Pebbly to the right) and tranquil ocean pool, beach reserve and stunning Bi-centennial Coastal Walk. Restaurants and cafes overlooking the beach.
5 minutes walk to the main street with many cafes, boutique shops, restaurants and takeaways. 5 minutes walk to the lake.

The apartment is privately owned and privately managed. There is no on-site caretaker or manager, however our off-site team is available to assist with emergencies or housekeeping matters.

KINDLY NOTE that all kitchen items and other inclusions such as the BBQ have been provided for guests enjoyment and convenience. It is a condition of the booking that guests leave the property in a similar condition to that which they found on arrival. It is expected that the apartment be left reasonably clean and tidy, the BBQ properly cleaned after each use and all used kitchen items cleaned and dried before placing in cupboards. BBQ cleaning items and products are supplied. If guests choose to use the BBQ but do not wish to clean it afterwards, please advise the owner before making the booking and an additional fee of $50.00 can be added to the rate to cover the additional cleaning charges. Thank you. Otherwise the costs will be charged to the bond.
