Travelling, holidaying, working – Peter Mills Apartment 2 could work for you. One of Launceston’s much loved heritage buildings has in recent years been transformed. The ground and middle floors are offices and the top floor has been renovated as two apartments. Peter Mills apartment 1 is presently occupied by the owners. There is a coffee shop on the ground floor. Peter Mills Apartment 2 is a winner of a heritage award and a master builder’s award. The name has evolved to rekindle the original architect/builder Peter Mills who built the building in 1889 and several other well-known Launceston buildings. The apartment is fully furnished and is suitable for holidaying or as a working apartment, with high speed wireless internet. The apartment is on the top floor and has access via stairs and a commercial lift. It is within walking distance to many of Launceston’s restaurants and coffee shops. Overnight secure car parking is included at the Paterson Street council car park. A 24 hour access fob is provided.

The apartment is very spacious, fully equipped with gas stove and cooking utensils, two bedrooms with queen size beds and linen, towels and two extra single beds on the mezzanine. There is one main bathroom which has both bath and walk-in separate shower and toilet. There is a second separate toilet and hand basin and separate laundry with front loader and dryer. The apartment is within 5 minute walking distance to restaurants and shopping. A chance to enjoy city living.

Peter Mills apt 2 is best suited for adults and older children.

How lucky were we to spend our holiday with the "Peter Mills Apartment"! On arrival we were greeted by the owners in a very warming way. We were taken to our apartment and shown where everything is which helped make our stay very accommodating. The Apartment is beautiful and to be honest we would not rate it any less than a 6 Star. We travel a lot and are very picky where we stay and this would be one of our best accommodations that we have stayed in Australia Wide. You have a lift that takes you directly to your room, lovely large bathroom, very large kitchen, comfy lounge and the beds are so very comfortable ( 3 bedrooms). The apartment is very spacious and extremely clean. It is located in the City of Launceston which was so convenient for us. The apartment is very quiet and private. Parking was just over the road which did not put you out at all. Our overall experience was a fabulous stay and would very much like to highly recommend "Peter Mills Apartment" to anyone that is lucky enough to have the opportunity to stay here, Many thanks Jenny & Peter Wylie

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was extremely clean and spacious. Great location in the heart of Launceston. Everything we needed was there. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location in the middle of launceston. The apartment is amazing. Spacious, clean, modern and well equipped. Parking off site but very convenient and cheap. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Would certainly stay again if I'm in Launceston again.

Excellent Property in a great location!

Mike and Susie were great hosts and we could not ask for more for the amenities and facilities that the property offered. The price is extremely low considering what you get that comes with the property too. 5 star rated and we cannot speak of this property and the hosts highly enough!
