Our 2 Bed, 2 Bath nicely decorated condo is conveniently located a mile from downtown Ouray. It features a one-of-a-kind outdoor patio with historic mining relics that is built into the adjoining mountain side. The patio has a gas grill and dining area that are perfect for enjoying the mountain air and spectacular views of the surrounding peaks. The condo is conveniently located just across the street from the Umcompagre River and the River Walk Trail which provides walking access to the Ouray Hot Springs Pool and Park and downtown Ouray.

The condo has a swamp cooler for the upstairs bedroom. It is also equipped with satellite TV and Netflix.
There is one dedicated parking space for this unit in front of the garage and off-street parking along the road for additional vehicles. The garage is not available for guest use.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty and a full refund of all amounts paid. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) day prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund with no penalty. We do offer Travel Insurance during the booking process.

Pros & Cons
When we first got there we were shocked that we had to drag all our luggage & groceries up 4 flights of stairs, especially after driving all day & feeling exhausted. The place gives the impression of 2 flights up only. Surprise! When we finally got into the condo we were shocked to realize that there was no type of cooling device! The temperature that day was extremely hot! Eventually we were able to cool off w/fans that were provided tho. There were no screens on the upstairs windows, so therefore it was difficult to keep windows open unless you didn't mind the bugs... The great thing was it had a great unique patio where we could bar-b-q & hangout. The kitchen was fully equipped & the realtor was very accommodating trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The overall interior of the unit was nice inside. A little dusty but tolerable. So if I must rate this property, I would say 3 stars. Thank you Colorado....It was GREAT!!!
Perfect for an extended family getaway
We booked this condo for 4 nights/5 days with our young son and in-laws. It was the perfect amount of space for family time but the layout was also great to have a little bit of privacy. The condo was conveniently located and well-stocked with all of the essentials- I really can't think of a thing we needed while we were there that we weren't able to find!
All linens were included, ample storage and a great patio!
Hot springs, Easy access to National Forest, Close to Telluride, Close to Durango and Silverton, Close to Black Canyon National Park, Close to Montrose, Near to Ridgway Reservoir.
