About the property

Canyon Walk House is just a short leisurely stroll from the town centre. The impressive five bedroom house and two bedroom unit backs onto the picturesque Ovens River and Canyon Walking track.

Downstairs be greeted by a large open plan living space. A light filled living room with wood fire for the cool winter nights, TV & DVD, a fully equipped kitchen including pod coffee machine (pods sold at Woolworths) dishwasher, huge fridge and electric cooking and CD player. There is a dining table overlooking the Ovens River to seat 10 and 4 bar stools. This area also has a reverse cycle air conditioner.

There is a queen bedroom on the ground floor as well as laundry with washing machine and dryer, bathroom and separate toilet.

Upstairs is a second living area with bean bags, a sofa bed, TV & DVD as well as reverse cycle air conditioning. There is also a large bathroom with corner spa bath, 2 Queen size bedrooms, one facing towards the Ovens River, and bunk room with two bunks, sleeping four children only (please note these beds are not suitable for adults). A large master bedroom with queen bed, relaxing sitting area over looking the river and ensuite.

Please note this property sleeps 12 people across 5 bedrooms - if your numbers exceed this there is a self contained, ground floor unit comprising of two bedrooms - one queen room and a trilogybunk. There is an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen (full cooking facilities) dining for four and lounge area with TV & DVD, reverse cycle air conditioner and wood fire.
