Our ski-in/ski-out condo is adjacent to the high-speed, six-passenger Super Bee lift in Copper's East Village. In 10 minutes you can be from our front door to the top of the mountain; the first to ski Copper’s powder. You can come home for lunch, a cup of hot cocoa, or just to rest your legs in the comfort of your own place, in the same time it would take you to stop and refuel at the mountain lodge. At the end of the day, there is no need to haul your skis as our ski-locker is conveniently located in the main level of our building.
Besides the great skiing at Copper Mountain (2600 ft. vertical drop, 126 trails over 2450 acres of varied terrain, 4 bowls, 22 lifts), you can ice-skate on Copper lake, walk to the Athletic club (work-out room, pool, sauna and hot tub), or use the year-round ski/snowboard training facility. And for kids, just outside our door is the tubing hill, with a magic carpet ride up.
At the base of our condo is the golf clubhouse for the Peter Dye designed, championship course in Copper's Mountain Resort’s East Village. You can take the ski lift to the top of the mountain and hike or bike on scenic trails back to our condo. There are endless trail heads in the area that lead to unforgettable mountain lakes, tumbling streams and spectacular views. In front of our building, you can access the bike paths that crisscross the region and take you to Frisco, Keystone, Vail and Breckenridge.
Park your car in the designated covered parking space. The building has easy access for loading/unloading and an elevator.
This warm and colorful condo has all the comforts of home. Relax and stretch out on the comfortable sofas, warm your toes at the wood-burning copper fire place, watch your favorite show on cable, listen to your CDs on our stereo system, surf the web using wireless internet, or just watch the snow fall through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
The condo has a master bedroom with en-suite full bathroom and a second bedroom with a trundle bed (two twin beds). Additional bedding is in the living room, where the futon sofa opens into a comfortable queen bed. There is a second full bathroom off of the entry hall.
The fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and an array of electric appliances, has everything you need to cook a complete meal. Or you can cross the path to the Copper Station Lodge and eat in one of the restaurants there. The lodge also has ski rental facilities, lift ticket windows and a coffee shop.
Our family owned and managed condo is perfect for families. It is stocked with video games and books. Copper Resort is ideally located for skiing and sightseeing in Summit County. Quaint Frisco is only 6 minutes away, while Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail are less than 20 minutes. If you don’t want to drive, the free shuttle bus stops in front of the condo to take you there.

About Paul Tripodi
We have been traveling out West and skiing at different resorts over the past 18 years. We decided that the quality of skiing and the lack of crowds made Copper Mountain Resort the perfect place to call home. So for the past five years, we have been renovating our place in the summer and skiing through the winter. I think we have reach a point where our place is now comfortable for all to enjoy year round.

Why Paul Tripodi chose East Village at Copper
Copper Mountain is a planned unit development, that unlike the other major resorts in the area, can not endlessly expand it's real estate base. Which means that with its tremendous ski lift capacity and small housing base, there is usually no wait at the lifts. On busy weekends, a ten minute wait at Copper would be over an hour at Vail, Keystone or Breckenridge. The variety of skiing and size of the mountain guarantees uncrowded slopes with Copper having the best and most extensive expert terrain of any of the resorts in the area.

Great property, great location!
Communication was great, arrived to a clean as described property. Location was steps away from a lift, a lodge, coffee shop, lifts tickets and equipment rentals.

Perfect family condo for skiing
Our family of 4 stayed at Paul's place for our annual Spring Break ski trip. The set up was perfect and the condo was just as described. I'm picky about cleanliness and this place was clean, organized and well-stocked. We LOVED having a ski locker and an entry to the condo with tons of hooks for hanging our gear. This made it easy to keep everything organized and dry for our next outing. It was nice to be on the side of the building AWAY from the groomers and on a part of the mountain that wasn't as crowded. Copper is my new favorite place to ski. I hope to be back at Paul's place again next year!
My family stayed in Paul's condo during 2016 Christmas break, total 8 nights. The condo is well-maintained and very comfortable. My hubby can directly ski back to the front door of the building, so it's very convenient for advanced skiers. Highly recommended.
Great condo at Copper Mountain
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It has just about everything you'd need, was clean and had plenty of room for family of 4. Super short walk to Super Bee lift. Ski rental and restaurants very close and covered parking was nice feature. Owner communicated all details well and no issues with getting in or out of condo, parking, etc. Would highly recommend and would like to stay again.

Sales tax and cleaning extra. Four day rental must be part of a weekend stay.
