This heritage building was transformed by HASSELL a renowned international design group, and Schiavello carried out all interior workmanship. The apartment offers a huge open plan lounge and dining room with special features such as timber flooring, high ceilings and large heritage windows that overlook Birrarung Marr Park. The Italian marble kitchen is beautifully appointed for any cook or entertainer. A second centrally located bathroom will impress with full size bathtub for your enjoyment. The Paris end of Flinders Street

The apartment is in a prized location, on one of the most exclusive and well-preserved heritage blocks in Melbourne. The Spring Street end of Flinders Street is known as "The Paris end of Flinders Street". Where glorious early Victorian and neo classical styling sits comfortably alongside one of Melbourne's most famous modern landmarks- Federation Square, which is situated only moments away from the apartments doorstep. The free tourist tram can be caught just outside the apartment doorstep, which will allow you to get your bearings on all the Melbourne sights.

A 5-minute walk from the apartment will also take you to the Forum Theatre and Flinders Street Station. From there take a stroll through Birrarung Marr Park along the Yarra towards the MCG. Maybe go shopping at the exclusive Collins Street boutiques or board a tram and venture to South Melbourne market or our famous St Kilda beach.

For the sporting fanatic, major sporting venues such as the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) and Rod Laver Arena home of the Australian Tennis Open are only a short 7-minute stroll away. You can see the MCG from the windows, just check it out on the map the location is unbeatable.

You may want to just pamper yourself and relax at Endota day spa, metres away from the apartment or indulge at one of the many Cosmopolitan restaurants, wine bars or cafes. Jewel of a location in Melbourne's CBD

IPNO certainly was all that it claimed to be...ideally located in the CBD, spacious, very well equipped, and very clean and well- maintained. We are a group of four and this jewel of a place exceeded our expectations. From the great welcoming from owner Krina to the chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting for us, everything was a class act. This certainly made our trip to Melbourne very memorable.

We were very close to all points of interest, surrounded by exquisite restaurants, and close to the transportation hubs.

Would not hesitate to recommend this to our friends and family.

Exceeded All Expectations

My family of four wanted to be at a great place in the heart of Melbourne -- we found that and more at the Flinder Street IPNO apartment! In fact, I could happily live in this 2 bedroom, well-appointed apartment located in the converted Herald Sun building. It was an excellent quiet and comfortable base from which to explore all the riches in sports, arts, culture, and food Melbourne has to offer. Parking in the basement of the building made it even more convenient. And let me say something about the owner Krina: She actually cares and hopes you will have a good time in the city that she obviously loves a lot! Her advice on the city and attention to detail made the stay even better. I would highly recommend this apartment.

This apartment is in a terrific location, with gardens, the CBD, Arts and sports precincts right on your doorstep. The host is lovely, as were the neighbors in the building. All very easy, convenient and comfortable.

Fantastic property in fabulous location

With two young boys in tow we enjoyed having the extra room of this large, fabulously appointed apartment. Beautifully furnished, near some of Melbournes best-on-offer restaurants, a quick walk to MCG and tram right out front - we couldnt have asked for more. Krina is a great host to boot!
