House was beautiful with easy access to the lake.

  • 5 of 5

We had a great long weekend away with 3 families. The house had everything we needed but a bigger fridge or a beer fridge in the laundry would be great when catering for so many people. The kids loved playing down by the lake and flying kites on the large grasses area. Thanks again.

Beautiful quiet retreat for the whole family

  • 5 of 5

We have just returned from our second stay. We have a 4 year old and 2 year old and my elderly parents joined us too. It is an amazing location, we enjoyed kiacking, swimming in the lake, cricket, reading on the deck and the park and cafe down the road is wonderful too. The lovely neighbour was super friendly even offering our children to feed the birds from his deck. We will definitely be back again.

Great holiday

  • 5 of 5

I visited recently with 9 friends and we had such a great time. The house is right on the lake, we'd just walk out the back door and straight into the water. There is a nice big combined living room/kitchen/outdoor deck upstairs where we spent most of our time.

So fun!

Beautiful house on the water

  • 3 of 5

I have only rated this house with three stars instead of the four stars i think it deserves. The main reason for this is due to our communication with the co-owner Kate who manages the property. I found her to be extremely rude and abrupt when communicating via phone. She accused us of lying about payment when infact the fault lay with her bank. She was inefficient & tarde with her communication with us.

The house itself was beautiful, comfortable and had everything that we needed. However, the upstairs bathroom did not have a bath mat or hand towel.

The downstairs area smelt quite musty & damp. Not good for allergies or people with asthma.

Beautiful spot

  • 5 of 5

We enjoy our long weekend here. Great house, everything you could want & more.

Only negative the old neighbour next door who unfortunately spoke at the top of his voice until 2am, collected firewood also at 2am & filled the bin right under our bedroom window at 2am. Don't think he likes the house being rented out.....
