The Townhouse apartment is split over 3 levels. Top level is the Master bedroom which includes an en-suite and covered balcony. There is plenty of storage as the room features a 4 door wardrobe,tallboy and bedsie tables framing the very comfortable Queen size bed. This room has enough space for a cot should this be required, this is available upon request. The room is light, airy and peaceful.
The middle level features the entrance and a large garage. This level also has 2 bedrooms one has a King single and the other has a bunk bed which is single on top and double on the bottom. These rooms also have ample hanging space with large wardrobes and plenty of natural light. You will also find a bathroom with a bath tub on this level.
The ground level features a powder room and laundry fitted with washing machine and clothes dryer. The kitchen is fully equiped and includes a dishwasher and microwave. The dining table seats 6. There is a comfortable 2 seat sofa and 3 seat sofa( which converts to a bed for 2 ), there is a TV in a cabinet and a DVD player.
The private courtyard is covered and has a outdoor setting and a gas BBQ.
The Townhouse has reverse cycle air-conditioning, has quality furnishings and is spotlessly clean. All linen and towels provided including beach towels. All the conveniences of home away from home so you can have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Comfortably sleeps 8 people.
All utilities and cost of departure cleaning are included in the rates.
The Townhouse is situated close to local shops, parks and public transport.
Plenty of cafes nearby as well as all your local shopping needs. All walking distance, Earlwood village has all your banking and postal requirements as well.
Walking distance to nearby parks, picnic along the Cooks river or ride your bike along the track.
Catch a bus to trendy Newtown for amazing restaurants or travel further into to the beautiful city of Sydney. Airport 15mins drive away or catch a bus approx 25mins. A choice of 2 train lines, Canterbury or Bardwell Park.
Brighton-Le-Sands, Sans Souci, Cronulla or famous Bondi Beach are 15-40mins drive away.
Westfields shopping centres near by are Hurstville, Burwood, Sydney city and Bondi Junction.

Clean, roomy and very smart
This Earlwood property is impressive and ideal for families or a small group. The location is quiet and not too far from public transport. 2 bathrooms and extra WC plus full laundry are a plus. Very nicely presented. I will stay there again.
Great for a team of workers
The team came to Sydney to work at the Sydney Boat Show and this proved to be great accommodation because it was spread out over a number of levels so people could get privacy. Marie was a marvellous host.
I really enjoyed my stay in this house very clean and tidy close to the shopping centre. and the house has every thing you need .
the owner also is very helpful . if I'm going to Sydney again ..... definitely i will stay there.
