This simply amazing, as new, two storey large and spacious 3-bedroom apartment, situated on Levels 20 and 21 in the chic Mondriane residential complex. Be spoilt by the sensational views, from the city skyline across to the deep blue of the Bay.
Downstairs features a gourmet kitchen complete with microwave, fridge, gas stove, electric oven and much more, adjacent to the kitchen is an open plan living/dining area, adjoining the balcony. A stylish central bathroom and 3rd bedroom is also on this level.
Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom with laundry. The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, ironing board. Here also there is a full bathroom with large shower room, toilet and vanity.
The master bedroom, with built in robes, also offers stunning views from the floor to ceiling windows, whilst the second bedroom has its own private balcony also capturing amazing city views.
Features reverse cycle air conditioning, marble bench tops, security entrance, 50 inch TV. The indoor swimming pool and gymnasium is located on the 25th floor and the views from the pool have to be seen to be believed! Amazing.......
Late check-in (After 10PM) will charge A$ 25 per stay
The two bedrooms upstairs each has king sized beds (each can be split into two king-single beds on request), the smaller 3rd bedroom downstairs has a bunk-bed with double bed at the base and a single bed on the top (to sleep three) and the lounge room has two double sized pull-out sofabed (to sleep four). The apartment is listed for 6 people stay, but it can easily accommodate up to 9 people. Extra cost applies for additional guests over 6.

Great Location - Nice property
The location was great - Close to Tram Stops, Etihad Stadium & 7 minute walk to Crown complex, Shops close by. The property was clean & was big enough for 6 Adults. Check in was easy. Good value with room cost shared between 6 adults which made it very affordable.
Only problem was the upstairs lights were not working in the hallway and staircase. Windows could do with a clean toilet cisterns need attention
Excellent choice for a stay in Melbourne
Perfect location just across from Southern Cross station. Skybus picks you up from Tullamarine Airport and drops you at the station only 2 blocks away from the property. From there it's also easy to access trains, trams or just walk to any of Melbourne's excellent attractions. The property is well configured with 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, basic Foxtel, free wireless internet (essential for our family), access to an indoor pool (which the kids loved), washing machine and dryer, full kitchen (although we did little cooking) and a small, basic gym. The rooms are a little smaller than one might imagine from the photos, but the bed configuration is versatile enough for our extended family stay (total of 3 adult and 3 kids). Communication from the property owners was prompt and courteous. Overall, this property is highly rated and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
In Addition to review below
I forgot to mention in my review below this one that the dirty linen from the beds in our room was shoved into the top shelf of the wardrobe - Yuck and lazy! At $2100 for the 4 nights this was no where near good enough.
good but needs maintenance
as a group of 9 we enjoyed our stay at Anchor on Collins ,the position in the cbd was great for getting to all the city attractions.We did find that the appartment could do with a bit of maintenance though , things like shower handles falling off, sliding doors to shower not working properly,dirty towells in a cupboard on arrival, these are small things but it is these sort of things that seem to stick in the minds of the guests.

Wonderful location, we had a ball staying in this apartment and visited a lot of places in and around Melbourne, almost all by walking around. We are a group of 8-oldies from Sydney, its a sort of 25th year of college reunion. If nothing else we have surely rekindled our friendship by spending some quality time at Anchors. Thanks Kris
