This charming cottage is the perfect location from which to explore Yamhill Valley's incomparable wine country. Yamhill County has over 24 wineries and adjacent Polk and Marion Counties have many more. The cottage is a wonderful place to stay to enjoy nature and all there is to offer in the Willamette Valley. The property is on 50 acres poised above scenic farm country. The cottage looks out at a 3/4 acre lawn, a gazebo, and a pond with three waterfalls. The views are simply spectacular, with a 180 degree vista of farms, hillsides, vineyards and the setting sun descending on the Coast Range.

Melody Gibson purchased this cottage in 2007
We purchased this property when we saw the view. It is near our home and we are currently building a future Bed and Breakfast here. For now, it is our occasional getaway. We love to share it with guests because it is so remarkable that we want others to be able to enjoy it as well. We are using the income to improve the property every year. If you visit this year, it will be even better next year.
One of the remarkable qualities of our cottage is the breathtaking sunsets looking out over the valley and the coast range. It is situated on eight acres of a groomed meadow hillside and a large lawn. There is a pond with three waterfalls, gazebo and outdoor fireplace to enjoy. But the total area is 50 acres to feel nature all around with deer roaming the yard. The cottage is centrally located in Oregon's wine country, but is only an hour's drive from the Oregon coast and an hour from the spectacular Silver Creek Falls State Park.
Since we stayed in Jan, we didn't get to use the property to it's full potenial but it was still gorgeous! The cottage was very comfortable, clean, and had anything you needed with a local market only a few miles away. We survived no wi-fi (you can still get data) and had a wonderful, romantic get away. Highly recommend this to anyone else that needs a couple's weekend away!
AMAZING! An incredible property with a magnificent view! I have already recommended it to several people.... Wondering if I would be better keeping it to myself ;-)
This property and experience were absolutely phenomenal! I can not say enough great things. We stayed here during our wedding weekend and could not be more pleased with our choice. The house is adorable and very well equipped. It has a gorgeous back patio with incredible views and a sprawling "front lawn" with an adorable gazebo and fire pit with outdoor amenities for dinner and relaxation. We enjoyed a picnic on the front lawn and dinner at the fire pit. It was total relaxation and comfort. You are completely alone and have incredible views. It does look like they are going to be building another house on the property however so I am not sure about the future plans for this. The owners were quick to respond and made sure we had accommodations for each guest. On Friday night we had four people stay comfortably overnight. There is a good size futon and a single pull out bed in addition to the queen bed. Overall, a WONDERFUL stay in a breathtaking environment. I look forward to staying again in the future :)
We could not have stayed in a nicer place for a romantic getaway. The views were amazing and the property was fantastic. We had a nice lightning and thunder storm while we were there. It was our first time to Amity and we cannot wait to get back again.
Bella Colina is a very special place. It is a blend of remoteness with good accessiblity to fine dining and good shopping. The view is spectacular and the sunsets were breathtaking. The only problem was we could not stay longer. Thank you for sharing Bella Colina with us.
Romantic seclusion with breathtaking views await you at Bella Collina in Oregon's beautiful wine country. Set on a verdant hillside in 50 acres of peace and serenity, this unique property overlooks a panorama of farms, vineyards, and the Oregon's forested Coast Range. Sit in the gazebo with a glass of local wine and listen to three waterfalls splashing into the tranquil pond. Walk the meadow and marvel at the sunsets and commanding 180 degree views. Stroll among the lavender, enjoy the flowers blooming from spring to early fall, and feel the breeze whisper through the maples and firs.
Wine tasting at Oregon's premier wineries is just a few miles away. Award winning restaurants are to be found throughout the local area. Explore McMinnville's famed Evergreen Aviation Museum, with everything from the Spruce Goose to spy planes to rockets and a water park. The beautiful Oregon Coast, two casinos, art galleries, and the incomparable Columbia River Gorge all await your visit.
