Great Newport single family house located right off of Thames Street. 7 min walk to downtown and all the restaurants and excitement it has to offer. Additionally, close to two parks/ playgrounds (Morton and King Street) so great for families as well. 1 mile from Gooseberry Beach, and less than 2 miles to the Cliff Walk and surrounding beaches. 4 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 double, 1 2 twin beds). One first floor newly finished half bath and one upstairs bath with a standing shower. An additional outdoor shower! Front porch and back deck with grill and table. One parking pass for on street parking included.
