Central Location, with great views and lots of space for groups
No1coffs is a modern home offering luxury accommodation at reasonable rates (linen included) and is suitable for large family groups, friends, or people working in Coffs Harbour. Depending on the needs of our guests there is flexibility to provide from 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom up to 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, or even 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms if the interconnecting flat is provided. It has a huge north-facing balcony complete with BBQ & seating for 10, and pets are welcome. The house is just south of the city centre, so close to the Coffs Harbour golf course (27 holes), the airport, the Big Banana, Southern Cross University, the International Stadium and only a couple of kilometres to great beaches
The house has stunning 180 degree views over the city, spacious open plan dining/living room with adjacent "quiet corner", reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV & DVD player, and a covered balcony with gas BBQ. It has 3 QS bedrooms and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds plus trundles if needed, 2 bathrooms, and an extra sofa bed in the "quiet corner" off the living area, together with toys for younger children. There is also a high chair & portable cot if required. The house has a fenced garden, laundry with extra WC, a double garage, and extra off-street parking for up to 4 cars.
The interconnecting luxury flat downstairs can be booked together with the house for extra space, or separately if available - please contact us for more information. It is ideal for those travelling with pets, or a family with small children. It has a kitchenette complete with small fridge, toaster & microwave etc., an extra sofa bed in the living area, and easy level access from the carport.

No1coffs is situated in a quiet residential area close to Coffs Central, Coffs Ex-Services Club, and the municipal swimming complex. Both Woolworths and Coles, as well as the Brelsford Skateboard Park and playground, and the 27 hole Coffs Harbour Golf Course, are within comfortable walking distance
Coffs Harbour is a popular tourist destination, with a protected harbour, and numerous surfing beaches, headlands, marine reserves, rainforests and national parks, and many sporting fields.. Major attractions include the Jetty Strip, Dolphin Magic, the Southern Cross University Campus, excellent medical facilities, and excellent transport connections by rail, bus, and regular flights direct from Sydney are provided by Qantaslink, Virgin, and Tiger Airways.

Great space for large groups!
We had a group of 9 and the place was perfect for seeing Coffs. Great communication throughout the process, would gladly stay again!

All we could want
The accommodation was excellent, the house is light and air housing the 7 golfers with ease. We had no issues, the kitchen was well provided, the bedrooms clean and the bathrooms modern. The stunning deck provided an excellent venue for dinner and conversation. Great place well done and thank you we would all return in a heart beat.

This property was a true pleasure to experience. Very convenient location, well appointed and excellently presented are the most obvious characteristics for No1coffs. However if staying in the upper level 3 bedroom section, the stairs could be a drawback for those with mobility problems.
Thanks for your comments John - glad you oth enjoyed your stay. And yes, the stairs could be a problem. We have a self contained flat at the property which can be used for people with mobility issues.
Blissful Break On Our Road Trip
Very comfortable,sun all day, spacious and easy floor plan. Loads of natural light and balconies. Good size towels, just like at home not a hotel. Loved seeing the rosellas in the trees.
