About the property

No1coffs is a modern home offering luxury accommodation at reasonable rates (linen included) and is suitable for large family groups, friends, or those needing accommodation in Coffs for work. It has a huge north-facing balcony complete with BBQ & seating for 10, and pets are welcome inside. The house is approx. 500m from the city centre as well as the new Brelsford Skateboard Park and the 27 hole Coffs Harbour golf course.

The house has stunning 180 degree views over the city, spacious open plan dining/living/play area, a covered balcony with gas BBQ & outdoor dining, reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV & DVD player. In addition to 3 QS bedrooms and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds and trundles, there is an extra sofa bed in the "quiet corner" off the living area, which can be used as a play area for younger children. There are some toys and a high chair & portable cot if required. The house has a fenced garden for family pets, a secure garage, laundry with extra WC, and extra off-street parking for up to 4 cars.

The luxury flat is suitable for shorter visits - please contact us to check price and availability. It is popular with those travelling with pets, as it has a QS bed, en suite, small fridge, toaster & microwave etc. and a separate entrance.

Coffs Harbour is a popular tourist destination, with a protected harbour, and numerous surfing beaches, headlands, marine reserves, rainforests and national parks, and many sporting fields.. Major attractions include the Jetty Strip, Porpoise Pool, the SCU Campus, excellent medical facilities, and excellent transport connections by rail, bus, and regular flights direct from Sydney are provided by Qantaslink, Virgin, and Tiger Airways.
