About Dale & Elizabeth Churchett
My family and I enjoy many sports and outdoor recreation, especially skiing. We are looking forward to yet another fantastic ski season in Park City this year. Deer Valley, Park City and The Canyons are all close by and fabulous ski areas. Our favorite though is Deer Valley.
Dale & Elizabeth Churchett purchased this Condo in 2011
Why Dale & Elizabeth Churchett chose Park City
We have been coming to Park City to ski for over 18 years and it can't be beaten for the quality of the ski resorts, and how fast you can get on the slopes after landing in Salt Lake City. I stayed at our condo a year before we bought it, so when it came up for sale it was an easy decision to purchase. We are very excited to have a place in Park City and also love using it in the Summer and Autumn when the mountains are so beautiful.
What makes this Condo unique
Our condo is close to the slopes, cozy and comfy and just the right size for a sleep and ski condo. After a long day in the snow we enjoy putting on a movie and resting up together.

Super simple- clean, cozy and comfortable. Great deal for Park City. Bus system is easy. Red and yellow lines, no car needed quick trip to town and the mountain. All was very easy to check in and out. Hosts are very accommodating. We would definitely return.
Wonderful, quaint and very well equipped home. Beautiful view in front, 20 minutes from Baie St Pau
Will come again, we loved it!
This may be in error. The guest did stay with us in February, but we are not located anywhere near Baie St Pau, which as far as I can tell is in Canada.
Worked Great for our small family
We stayed in this Condo during our recent trip to Utah where we skied at both Park City and Deer Valley. Both mountains were very easy to access from the free town transportation bus that stops just outside of the condo (Red Line to/from the Mtn). The room was well priced and had the cooking essentials, to include a Keurig coffee maker, that helped us save on meals out in town. The two queen beds were comfortable and slept our party of four with no issues. I would stay there again on another visit.
Great - exactly what we expected and great service from the host.
Clean, comfy, close to downtown - great staff.
Convenient, small, NASTY SHOWER CURTAINS
I thought this place was very affordable when I booked it. It was easy to find with a big outside parking lot. I liked that it was close to the entrance so it was easy to bring my stuff in. The free shuttle stops for the mountains & town are very close and 7-11 within easy walking distance. The room is adequate but very small with no daily service. Worst of all, the shower curtain was DISGUSTING WITH MOLD. EW!- Please go stock up on shower curtain liners at Wal-Mart. They cost less than $5 each. That and/or get a new cleaning lady.
I was shocked to read the review as I've never had a 2 star before, nor a complaint of this kind.
I immediately contacted the housekeeping and they sent in an inspector to the condo. They found some mild discoloration on the lower section of the external shower curtain (the last 6" or so) and sent me a picture. They apologized for the incident and replaced the curtain. I would have gladly remediated the issue had I been contacted by the guest when it was first noticed.
The unit does not have a daily turn over as detailed in the welcome packet sent on final payment. Fresh linens can be arranged for a small fee if needed.
Great place to stay!
This is an ideal place to stay in Park City - easy walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores and the bus stop. The beds are super comfy and there is nearly anything you could need in the kitchenette. Everything is well maintained and the room has an overall nice, comfy vibe. I'd definitely stay here again!
Park City is an attractive resort town in the Wasatch Mountains, located just 32 miles east of Salt Lake City. Once a center for silver mining, Park City transformed itself in the mid-twentieth century to a skiing mecca and tourist hot spot. These days Park City draws in millions of visitors each year. Three excellent ski resorts are minutes from downtown: Park City Mountain Resort, The Canyons, Deer Valley.
Park City is known for a wide variety of activities - Ski, Snowboard, Snowshoe, Cross Country Skiing, Mountain Biking,, Hiking, Golf, Performing Arts Events (Sundance Film Festival), Outdoor Concerts, Fishing
Other Activities: Skateboarding, Cross country ski, Snowshoeing, Tubing, Ice Skating
Golf: Consistently ranked as one of the premier public golf courses in the inter-mountain region, Park City Golf Club offers a challenging game at one of the state's most enviable locations. In addition to providing professionally designed and well kept greens, Park City Golf Club's elevation of 6700 feet can actually add distance to your shots while you play on a course that is typically 10 to 15 degrees cooler than most courses in the area-a definite bonus during the hot summer months.
Ski: Park City has three of the best ski resorts in the country right on its doorstep. Park City Mountain Resort (1.7 miles), The Canyons (4.3 miles) and Deer Valley (4.8 miles) offer abundant terrain for every level of skiier. With over 300 annual inches of the famous Utah Powder, these resorts are must visit locations. Park City has an amazing public transport system that will get you to the mountains in no time, and for free!
Deer Valley has been voted the #1 ski resort in North America four years in a row and has 6 mountains, an excellent ski school and in the summer provides lift access for hiking and mountain biking. The Canyons features 9 mountains and the only heated/covered 'bubble' chair lift in North America. Park City offers night skiing as well as a massive amount of terrain for all levels.
Ask about free ski passes and take advantage of local knowledge for the best rentals and resorts out of Park City (Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Brighton ... the list goes on).
