My family and I enjoy many sports and outdoor recreation, especially skiing. We are looking forward to yet another fantastic ski season in Park City this year. Deer Valley, Park City and The Canyons are all close by and fabulous ski areas. Our favorite though is Deer Valley.
Dale & Elizabeth Churchett purchased this condo in 2011
We have been coming to Park City to ski for over 16 years and it can't be beaten for the quality of the ski resorts, and how fast you can get on the slopes after landing in Salt Lake City.
I stayed at our condo a year before we bought it, so when it came up for sale it was an easy decision to purchase. We are very excited to have a place in Park City and also love using it in the Summer and Autumn when the mountains are so beautiful.
Our condo is close to the slopes, cozy and comfy and just the right size for a sleep and ski condo. After a long day in the snow we enjoy putting on a movie and resting up together.
I am looking over your [welcome packet] as we speak and you guys are amazing! It's very nice for you to have taken the time to put all of this together for your guests. I have rented for years via VRBO/Homeaway and I have never rented from anyone as helpful and accomodating and you guys!!
Thank you for sharing your condo with us. It was PERFECT!! We truly enjoyed our stay although the weather could have been a little more cooperative. I have tried to ski out west twice now and the weather has failed me. They say third times a charm. I guess that means we have to give it another shot next year.
If our travels bring us back to Park City we will definitely reach out to you!
You have been so accommodating and I appreciate all of our help and advice.
The condo is very cozy...small, but perfect for two people skiing.
Recently stayed here for a winter snowboarding vacation and was very happy with my choice. Multiple dining options steps from the condo, the bus stop which will take you everywhere you want to go in Park City is right outside and the complex is well known within the community which made snowboard / gear deliveries / transport very easy. Not to mention the beds are extremely comfortable which was crucial after 4-5 hours on the mountain each day. Try the breakfast at Good Karma during your trip!
This was a great condo at a great price. Lots of restaurants, stores, etc. close by. Around nine dollars for an Uber ride into Park city downtown .
Everything very neat and clean. ..only complaints...one tiny little ice tray (if we had known ahead of time would have had driver stop at 7 eleven)....no stopper in br sink....low water pressure in shower... bathroom door sticks......things that would improve our stay.....but we would definitely stay in this unit again
This is a nice little place in a central location. It has everything you might need and the beds were quite comfortable.
Visited in mid January 2017. Unit was exactly as advertised. Unit is clean and in good condition. Just A short car drive to either PCM or DV ski areas and also downtown. Bus line close by also. Kitchenette and fridge are a little small but both do the job. Owner communication was prompt and professional. I highly Recommend for nothing fancy, reasonably priced comfortable accommodations.
