Our exclusive Blueberry Hill house gives you the opportunity to experience the best of Whistler: entering the main living area will take your breath away with its vaulted ceiling, 30ft windows and spectacular south-facing view of Blackcomb mountain & the Whistler golf course! This view can also be enjoyed from the wrap-around deck whilst enjoying a hot-tub, BBQ or bear spotting!

The main living area has two spacious seating areas (one nestled around the open stone fireplace), a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen that would make any chef happy. The second living area downstairs is equipped as a movie room, giving your group the flexibility to entertain in seperate rooms (kids & adults!).

Most mornings (before 7am) & evenings, during the sping & fall, you can spot a couple of black bears wandering around the Whistler Golf course from our private deck - an exciting (and safe) experience if you have not seen a bear before!

To unwind aching muscles after an active day choose from the steam shower, the sauna or the 6 person hot-tub on the deck.

Our garage is fully equipped to accommodate bikers & skiers/snowboarders with storage racks and a tuning area/stand.

We have a strict 'no parties' policy - please do not book our house if you are looking for a house to party in.

Our family greatly enjoyed our time at Nighthawk Lane. Very clean and homely feel to the house. We enjoyed looking at the views sitting beside the fireplace and the hot tub. We are arranging time off for next year to visit again!

Great location

Whistler is beautiful and so is this property. We loved how quiet the place is. Its located right by a bike path which connects to the main village.

Beautiful Home

Overall, Nighthawk Lane was a beautiful property with great views of both mountains. We had a wonderful time. The large great room was perfect for our group of adults. I gave the listing only 4 stars for a couple reasons. We arrived without plans to rent a car, but quickly learned with the rainy weather that we surely needed a car because the walk into the village was about 40 minutes long. Secondly, we were aware of the unique layout of the home at booking, however, when we arrived, we discovered there was no door separating the bunk bed room and the room with the queen beds downstairs. For our particular group of adults, this posed some unexpected difficulties with privacy. In addition, the loft layout is a little odd with the only king bed in the property exposed to the living room. This didn't pose a difficulty for us, but it is something to consider when booking the property. Anna and Keltie were both very attentive and accommodating. They responded to our questions promptly and helped us with ideas for entertainment and activities. Overall, it was a great place to spend a week!

Owner's Response: Hi Mary - thank you for your review & we're really happy your group enjoyed your stay! Regarding the layout, we have done everything we can to make sure our layout is clear to people before booking, as we understand the openness doesn't suit every group. In the 3D floor plans we show the loft bed from two angles, to make it's position very clear. We also show that there is no door on the bunk room. The walk to the village is 15 - 20 mins for an average adult... young children or those with less mobility may find the walk longer, or if you are route finding the first time. We always recommend by email that the walk is not great in ski boots & that a taxi (~$10 per journey) is a good idea if you're going skiing. We will make sure to be even more clear on this for future groups, as we want people to understand exactly where they are booking!

Fantastic Time!

We had 10 people in our group during our stay in Whistler. The house was just perfect for us. Very spacious... two large beds upstairs and several beds in the lower level. 1 bathroom upstairs with steam shower and 2 downstairs and 1 at ground level. There was a sauna and laundry downstairs, but we did not use them. The big kitchen with island and the large round dining table was very convenient when we were all were making/eating breakfast in the morning. Kitchen has all the supplies you need if you want to eat-in like plates/cups/utensils/bowls/pans etc with oven/microwave/dish washer/fridge available. Large living room area with 2 large L shaped sofas and TV/DVD/WiFi available. Hot tub was awesome in the evening after hours at the slopes and the long balcony provided breathtaking views of the mountains. Big garage to store one vehicle and ski gear, yet there was plenty of parking outside for our additional vehicles. Key-less entry so no need for carrying around additional keys. Location is pretty good... just a few minutes drive to Whistler Village, although one could possibly walk to the village via the trail if they were not in a hurry. Highly recommended if you have a big group of around 10 or so people and want to stay in Whistler for several days with style and additional comfort. Thanks Keltie!

Nighthawk Lane

Nighthawk was a great weekend retreat, there were 4 couples in all and we were quite comfortable sharing the space. The house was large enough that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other, the area flowed very well. Rental came well equipped and we didn't require anything extra. Can't comment on the outdoor space, it rained the whole weekend, but I do know the area and it is beautiful, also fairly close to the Village center. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great Place to Escape with Friends & Family

We enjoyed our weekend getaway with 10 of our closest friends to celebrate a 40th Birthday. This home is ideally located 20 mins walking time from the village. It overlooks the golf course with a beautiful view of the mountain. Everyone enjoyed the sleeping arrangements and the home in general. It's a good place if you're a foodie and love to cook. It has plumbed gas BBQ right off the dining room that's convenient. I'd say if you have a group this place is ideal to celebrate a special occasion like a birthday, anniversary or other event. Keep in mind there are rules you need to follow, this isn't a frat house as you are in a neighborhood with other residents nearby.

I'm looking forward to coming back for another visit with my family!

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our stay here with seven adults and three children, there was still plenty of room. It was very private and quiet, with beautiful scenery all around, yet just an easy 20 minute walk to the village

We enjoyed the hot tub, the fireplace, the use of the bikes, and prepared meals for all 10 of us in the well equipped kitchen.

  • The loft bedroom is accessed by an elegant half-spiral staircase that leads up onto the bright and spacious loft. The comfortable king bed is just out of view from the main level, tucked behind a pony wall. The loft leads into the private master bedroom which has a very comfortable double bed, floor to ceiling windows and matching walk-in wardrobes. The en-suite bedroom is on the lower level (below the main level) and is the largest private bedroom of the house. It has a queen bed, balcony access, lots of windows, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. The 4th bedroom is a large space with a queen bed on one side and a double bed on the other. This room again has balcony access and an almost full length wall of windows. The 5th bedroom has a double bed/twin bed bunk and a large built in wardrobe. This room has no window, but stays pleasantly cool in summer & warm in winter.
