Modern and comfortable, Elia offers bright and airy spaces which soak up the sunlight. Its large deck is ideal for outdoor entertaining. Elia would best suit families and extended family groups. Master bedroom contains a queen bed with TV, walk-in robe and en suite with shower. Bedroom 2 contains a queen bed with walk-in robe. Bedroom 3 contains two tri-bunk beds, while bedroom 4 has a tri-bunk bed and built-ins.

*SECURITY BOND: is required upon check-in, prior to key collection. The bond for this property is $1,000. Bond is returned to guest approx 48 hours post-checkout once the property has been cleaned and inspected for damages.

Great Location and Good Size Apartment

Perfect place for a large group. Within walking distance of Terrigal's beach and cafes (even in heels).

Two bathrooms, 2 lockup car spaces and equipped woth everything you need except for the linen and towels.

Great house. Very Spacious

We really enjoyed our stay at Elia. Really friendly staff at the accom office. When i booked i spoked to gentlemen named Jeff who was excellent.

I would definitely stay again, especially for the price you pay.

Excellent Property

We had the pleasure of staying at Elia for 7 nights and could not have been happier. The location was great, with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and well appointed, with a great kitchen for in-home cooking.

We would definitely look at staying at Elia again on our next trip away.

Great location & modern interior

The location of this property is great, so close to the beach and shops which are only a few minutes walk away. Loved the living, balcony, kitchen and dining areas with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The only downside were the bunk beds which weren't suitable for adults - the mattresses sagged and the metal beds squeaked and the some of the tapware in the bathroom needed maintenance. However we raised these issues with the property management and they were going to investigate getting these issues fixed.
