Great little spot to stay
Perfectly located in the Barossa and perfectly suited to our needs for a quick weekend get away
I had decided to organise a weekend away for my girlfriends birthday Australia Day weekend.
I was lucky enough to stumble across this lovely quiet cottage, that had a very private B&B feel to it. The cottage was located less than a five minute drive into the heart of town and very close to some of the best winery’s that the region has to offer. The owner Carol was fantastic, extremely accommodating and offered a lot of helpful local knowledge for our short stay. I would most definitely stay here again.
Thank you Euclid for your generous review! You are more than welcome to stay again!; Perhaps in the winter, with a roaring fire and a nice glass of red wine? Kind regards, Carol
A hidden gem in the midst of stunning scenery
The cottage was very cosy and clean, with great facilities and stylish rustic decor. The outdoor setting and surrounding yard gave a very authentic Australian country feeling, and the surrounding vineyards and stunning views were a really nice touch. Changes to check in times were rearranged without any fuss, and the communication from the property owner was excellent. The bathroom was clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again!
What a lovely review, Chris! So glad you enjoyed your stay! You are welcome anytime, Regards Carol
