Corner condo with pleasant canyon views and breezes. King size orthopedic bed and flat panel TV in the bedroom. HD flat panel TV in living room. All the dishes and linens you would need. This is a non smoking property located in a quiet neighborhood designed for quiet guests. There is an assigned parking space but also ample parking available on the street. There are also laundry services available..

Great property central to everything!

Although I actually never met Nancy in person, all our phone conversations were great! She's very friendly and accommodating during my month-long stay. Her property was beautiful and so central to all the restaurants and such in Mission Hills, Hillcrest and downtown San Diego! Especially for someone who just moved out here. I would definitely stay here again.

Hidden gem!

Our stay at this property was great. The condo is perfect for 2 people. The photos do not do it justice. Updated kitchen, large living room, comfortable bed, and amazing shower with a great view of the canyon next door! Nancy really took care of us, she had fresh fruit, snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. She gave us a tour of the property which was really helpful. Other perks are free laundry, a large 1 car garage with tandem parking for a second car, and great restaurants within a 2 block radius. We had a great stay here and it was really fun to explore the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Vacation Review

My wife and I were in town for a convention and needed a place to stay that was both nice, safe and wouldn't break the bank. This place was everything we were looking for. It's very clean and charming. Though there was no AC it wasn't needed since there is that nice canyon breeze that kept us cool. The owner, Nancy, was extremely affable and easy to work with. She allowed us to check in early. Big plus since we were coming from the East Coast and appreciated the convenience of settling into the place for a quick rest. Much more room than a hotel but not so large as a rental. Just the right size. Excellent location to everything we needed. We had a rental car and great not having to pay for nightly parking. By car we were literally less than 10 minutes to the Convention Center and the nearby restaurants in the Hillcrest district was a bonus for dinner. There is a Starbucks at the end of the street for my coffee fix. Nice little walk in the morning.

Check out was just as easy as check in. Nancy allowed us to check out later since our flight was in the latter part of the afternoon. I can't say enough nice things about the owner and the place. If we come back we are definitely going to rent again.

Wonderful!

The flat is in a great location, very quiet , on a very safe tree lined street, easy parking, and just 5 min walk to starbucks at the corner, and 2 large grocery stores, and many,many restaurants and winebars. I didnt rent a car while I stayed there and walked into Hillcrest everyday, about 15 min walk, very pleasant. There are also bus stops on the main road which take you to a variety of areas in San Diego.

The apartment is lovely, spotless clean, and lovely decor with new furnishings. The owner has put a lot of effort into the layout/design of flat and just about everything you could need is there. The photos dont do the flat justice, it is much nicer than it looks, with lots of sunlight and comfy bed, huge closet, good quality sheets and towels.

Nancy the owner is a joy to deal with , so professional and very warm and kind.

I will stay here again!

Glad we stayed at Nancy's rental

Our week in January at Nancy's place was very nice. The place has been remodeled and furnished tastefully. This location was close to attractions and services plus walking distance to many restaurants.

When we arrived one issue needed Nancy's attention and she came over right away and took care of it. She also had ideas for attractions and restaurants which we appreciated. Our deposit check was returned promply and we feel blessed to have rented from a very nice person.
