The large 2016 KITCHEN with stone bench tops, breakfast bar & stools includes all new appliances - dishwasher, wall oven and ceramic cook top. All quality white crockery and stainless steel cutlery is provided along with anything you need to cook up a sumptuous meal.

There is one full bathroom ( bath, shower & toilet ) plus a separate toilet. The laundry has a new frontload washing machine.

In the comfortably furnished separate lounge and dining room is a flat screen HD LCD TV for your enjoyment and high speed broadband WiFi (up to 200GB per month).

For year round comfort there is reverse cycle split system air conditioning in the lounge plus additional gas wall heating for winter. Stylish plantation shutters in the living room add to the character of this lovely home.
