Situated in prime location on popular Seagull Avenue,this simply stunning six year old, two storey property will allow you to sit back and relax in ultimate comfort and style with ocean views from various viewing points. This near new property features modern furnishings throughout including modern kitchen, open space living, 4 bedrooms (two queen beds, two singles and two bunks), two sparkling bathrooms, one with bath, two vanity areas with third WC.

The living areas (one on each level) both have large flat screen TVs plus blue ray DVDs, I-pod docking station.

Located just one street back from popular Hayborough beaches perfect for all ages, with spectacular views to the ocean, you can sit back and watch the surfers or whale watching (when in session), walking/ bike trail running straight past the front of our property to Victor Harbor or Port Elliot.

This property features two separate entertaining areas with a front balcony taking in sea views and a bbq and outdoor courtyard at the rear of the home. Safe and secure for young families will make your holiday complete.

You will have a complimentary gift on arrival.

The property is always presented immaculately.

All bathrooms are equipped with toilet paper, air freshener, for your convenience on arrival, if you choose to use, please replace for the next tennant.

Tea Towels, bath mats, covered dooners, pillows, extra blankets are supplied.

You will need to bring your own linen, towels and pillowcases. These can be supplied at an extra charge.

We also have a portacot, change table High/Low chair and bassinet for infants and a child gate that can be placed on the stairwell if necessary.

Weber Q on upper deck + another hooded barbecue in the sucken area in the back yard, give you two areas for entertaining, whether you decide to be on the lawn area outside or sitting upstairs on the deck undercover. Extra beach items eg. boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella are in the room under the stairwell for all guest to use.

The decor has been designed for maximum comfort and you will feel right at home in this well design holiday home.

Having two family areas, one on each level, allows for two families holidaying together very comfortably.

This property is well set up. Catering for several families. Plenty of space with 2 living areas, so lots of space for everyone. Close to the beach and easy walking distance to Victor Harbor. Fantastic for family holiday and well worth considering. Will certainly check it out again in the future.

We purchased the block and built our holiday home in 2011. After many years of contemplating this move, we have never looked back on what the house and location has to offer. It has been our "get away" as well as a profitably holiday rental over the past 6 years.

Why Anne Hill chose Hayborough

We were fortunate to come across this block of land, one street back from popular Hayborough beach. Having holidayed ourselves on the Fleurieu Pensinsula in various locationes from Goolwa , Middleton and Port Elliott we found this location, had so much more to offer than the other towns. All these beaches are only minutes drive from Hayborough, however our beach, is just a street away.

Not only do you have a beautiful beach, but you are only a walk away from popular Victor Harbor. Everything is so much closer and accessible living here. Main shopping precinct only minutes drive. New Swimming Pool complex , with indoor pools, fun pools for the children, hydro pool , gym facilities, barbecue and picnic areas for those days that the beach is not an option. Walking distance to many coffee places and great dining. Not to mention close proximity to the famous McLaren Vale wine region.Spend a day visiting some of the best wineries in the country.

Visit wineries in McLaren Vale and surrounding areas. Walk along the coarseway to Granite Island, or catch the horse drawn carriage. Many restaurants, take aways on our doorstep.
