Dimora is an elegant 1 bedroom townhouse privately located within the Adelaide CBD but just minutes away from the delights of vibrant Hutt Street, the East End and the parklands. Dimora is ideally located for the CLIPSAL 500, WOMAD, Tour Down Under, festivals and business trips.
It would be hard to imagine a more secluded yet central place to stay. Dimora is an elegant 1 bedroom townhouse centrally located within a very private courtyard, just minutes away from the delights of vibrant Hutt Street, the East End and the parklands.
Dimora is decorated with modern neutral tones throughout which showcase the modern and comfortable furniture.
Large windows bring natural light into all the rooms, whilst the sliding doors downstairs open up to a sunny private rear courtyard (with fishpond) to enjoy or entertain.
The main bedroom is elegantly furnished with a queen bed, side tables, tallboy, wall to wall robes and quality linen and bedding.
The second room is set up as a study with desk and chair, internet access, flat screen for the computer and a sofa.
Also upstairs is the relaxing lounge with leather sofas, stereo, bluray player and large flat screen TV.
Downstairs the modern gourmet kitchen is complete with marble bench tops and S/S appliances, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. It is fully equipped and provides plenty of storage.
The comfortable and relaxed dining area seats six comfortably.
A separate laundry area is equipped with washing machine and dryer, along with a separate toilet for your convenience. There is also an iron and ironing board available.

'We stayed at Dimora for two weeks over new years 2012/13. It's in a fantastic location right off Hutt Street, where we had access to all Adelaide has to offer, but in a peaceful and quiet location. Clean, well set-out, beautifully furnished and well equipped, we wanted for nothing. The owners even left us a bottle of champagne as a welcome gift, which was a lovely surprise.

Great location and easy access - apartment as presented
Lovely property and excellent location.
We stayed here during WOMAdelaide and it was a perfect place as far as being able to walk there everyday and come home to somewhere so peaceful. Highly recommend this property which is well presented and even better than it looks online.Wonderful.
This is the perfect place to stay whilst on holiday in Adelaide. It suited us perfectly as it felt like a home away from home. Close to all the restaurants, CBD etc. Beautifully decorated and so pristine - we loved staying here!

Perfect Home in Adelaide
A beautiful house tucked away on the edge of central Adelaide. It had everything in it
we needed for our one week stay. Home cooking was made easy due to the well
stocked kitchen. The free WiFi was a dream as we could keep in touch with home.

This house is a great base for anybody wishing to visit Adelaide. It's centrally located and only a 5 minute walk from the main shopping and entertainment area. The property was well appointed and very clean. I'd recommend it to anybody.
