Follow the Tourquoise Trail north for a day of shopping in Santa Fe and stop along the way at the old coal mining town of Madrid that is now an artist colony with unique shops and the Mine Shaft Tavern.

Get a feel for all the unique environs of New Mexico by going through the desert to the Jemez Pueblo and then visit the Hot Springs in Jemez Springs up through the canyon to the caldera in the Santa National Forest and around to the Bandelier Cliff Dwellings.

About Mrs Lisa Kwas

Owner of the Lazy K Ranch for 20 years with a perfect score. Come see why.

Originally from the mountains of TN and have taken that southern hospitality to New Mexico in one of the top B&B's.

Mrs Lisa Kwas purchased this cabin in 1992

Why Mrs Lisa Kwas chose New Mexico

Beautiful ten wooded acres, close to attractions in Santa Fe and Albuquerque but out of the city masses. What a great place to base your vacation from.

What makes this cabin unique

Close to the city and local attractions but totally private. So quiet you can hear the doves in the morning and the owls at night. Sometimes the deer come and graze in the front yard.
