This four bedroom two bathroom fully air conditioned home was completely renovated and refurbished a few years ago to the highest standard under architect supervision and now has new kitchen, bathroom, family room, single garage etc.
New floor coverings and designer furniture throughout were added to complete the picture.
Outside, the original pool has been removed and replaced with a new larger than average concrete and tile pool complete with heating and water feature. The new glass pool fencing makes the property totally safe and ideal for young children. The property is totally and securely fenced, fully landscaped with a lovely Balinese touch and absolutely perfect for small children. There are no steps or stairs. Everything is on one level and the entire property is totally wheelchair and stroller friendly.
UPDATE March 2017. A new heat pump has been installed which can heat the pool to around 26 degrees regardless of the outside temperature and weather conditions. Children will just love this feature.

The home has four bedrooms. king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom,two king single beds in the third bedroom and two single beds in the fourth bedroom.
There are two bathrooms - the main bathroom with bath and shower over and separate toilet, and a brand new (February 2016) en-suite bathroom with free standing stone bath and separate shower and toilet.
The main lounge has two large three seater lounges, and the new dining room table seats eight in comfort. There are three plasma televisions, one in the master bedroom, one in the main lounge and one in the kitchen family room. The family room has new cane lounges and there is a breakfast bar with four stools.
Crisp white linen and towels are provided with a five star standard and presentation by a leading firm of professional cleaning contractors. The property is managed and maintained by one of Noosa's leading property management professionals who offer a check in / check out service seven days a week from 8am to 6pm. Normal check in is 2pm and check out 10am but early check in and late check out can sometimes be arranged with prior notice.
The home is situated at the end of a quiet leafy cul-de-sac but only a mere four minutes level walk to Hastings Street and Noosa's main beach. The property is in very fine company. The adjoining home has been awarded the 2013 Queensland House of the Year in the Master Builders Housing and Construction Awards for the $4 million plus range. The house directly opposite won the Queensland Home of the Year Award in 2005.
In the other direction from the beach, it is a mere nine minute level walk to the Quamby Place complex which boasts a large well stocked convenience store, and no less than five dining options including an award winning Japanese restaurant and the renowned Rickys Restaurant which has recently been totally refurbished and has gained a reputation for hosting celebrity weddings apart from spectacular dining.

WARNING! Some owners state that their properties are "only a five or ten minute drive to Hastings St and the main beach" which is probably correct but please note it is almost impossible to find any long stay parking there.
UPDATE February 2017. On most days and especially on weekends now, traffic on Noosa Parade is gridlocked for most of the day - how totally frustrating when you just want to go to the beach. The Council parking rangers are absolutely RED HOT! With our property you walk there in five minutes!
UPDATE November 2017. Report in Noosa News 10th November:- Hundreds of visitors in Noosa at the annual Noosa Sports Festival left with an extra memento last weekend - a parking fine from Noosa Council who confirmed that notices issued overall for Noosa Heads were up 25% and no apologies!
