Newhaven house was built in the 1920's as a guest house. The house reeks of history and character whilst a recent renovation ensures comfort and convenience. The house offers six bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with original claw foot bath), toilet and shower. There are two lounge rooms. The house is situated in Newhaven, the gateway to Phillip Island.
Located at the entrance to Phillip Island opposite a huge park. The house is situated on a double block of over 2000 square metres of landscaped gardens. The beach is 150 metres away and stretches four sand kilometres all the way to Cape Woolamai. 200 metres in the other direction is the pier, marina and boat ramp. Just over the bridge is San Remo with pubs, restaurants and the services you'd expect of a small town.
Around the corner is a newsagent, bakery/cafe and the Island healing centre for massages, yoga etc.
Within walking distance is a surf shop, cafe, information centre, chocolate factory and it's less then a kilometre to the entrance of historic Churchill Island. Also, the sensational Saltwater restaurant on Newhaven jetty is only a couple of hundred metres away.
