The Executive Penthouse has been recently upgraded to ensure your stay will be as pleasant as possible. Everything has been catered towards guests expecting a higher standard of accommodation.
Both bedrooms now have new King size beds, each with 4 pillows, quality bedding and wonderfully comfortable mattresses. The master bedroom features ducted air conditioning, a 50" wall mounted flat screen TV, full city views, balcony access, walk in robe, dressing mirror, block out blinds, luggage racks and a large ensuite bathroom with shower, separate toilet, dual vanities and corner spa.
At the opposite end of the apartment, bedroom 2 features ducted air conditioning, ensuite bathroom and toilet, built in robes, dressing mirror, luggage racks, block out blinds and a wall mounted flat screen TV.
For your convenience, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, soap and hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms.
The unique layout of the apartment also ensures total privacy between the two bedrooms. Please refer to the floor plan drawing included in the property photos for a detailed overview of the entire layout.
On the technical side of things, high speed Wi-Fi internet services the entire apartment and there are absolutely no download limits. In the lounge area there's an impressive 65" wall mounted flat screen with Foxtel IQ TV (Satellite TV). The channel package includes Documentaries, Entertainment Plus, Kids and now the full Sports Package, so no matter where you come from in the world you'll be able to tune into the latest sports action of your choosing.
Directly off the lounge area is the balcony with bar style seating and stunning full city views, the perfect place to enjoy an evening drink or meal.
If you require an office area to work from or set up a computer then there’s a designated study with large desk and swivel chair. The doors to the study can be closed if privacy is required.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cook top, electric oven and grill, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, 2 door fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There's also a coffee machine with pods provided.
The apartment also has its own laundry with washing machine, dryer and drying rack for your use. Washing powder is provided for your use. Adjacent to the laundry there's a third toilet and powder room to be used by yourselves or guests.
In the cupboard between the laundry and powder room there is an ironing board, travel cot and high chair if required.
Outside of the apartment on Level 1 you have full access to a 24 hour gym and sauna.
On the Ground Floor Level there is a secure garage with designated parking for 2 cars if required.
For your peace of mind, this is a secure complex with swipe key access from all external doors and secure designated floor lift access. The complex is also fully covered by video surveillance.
Terms & Conditions
Please take off your shoes while inside the apartment. A shoe rack is provided inside the front door.
For all bookings made by guests who haven't had their Government-issued ID verified by Air BnB, they will need to present a valid Government-issued ID such as a Driver’s Licence or Passport prior to check in. If no valid ID is presented check in will not be facilitated.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in is available anytime after 3pm on the arrival date.
Check-out time is no later than 11am on the departure date. Please respect the check out time and ensure you have vacated before 11am. The cleaner is scheduled for 11am sharp and will require the car bay and access to the apartment at that time.
Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, and crockery and cutlery washed and packed away. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
Extra cleaning charges may be incurred and taken from the bond for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish etc.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AND FALSE INFORMATION
Any suspected illegal activities detected by management or false information provided to management will result in immediate termination of the accommodation.
SECURITY BOND AND DAMAGES
Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management during your stay will be charged against the security bond if required. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage, loss of anything contained within the apartment and excess cleaning requirements.
At any one time a maximum of 4 people are permitted to use the Property as overnight accommodation. An additional infant is permitted.
Between the hours of 10am to 11pm no more than 8 people are permitted to be in the Property.
Between the hours of 11pm to 10am no more than 4 people plus an infant are permitted to be in the property.
This apartment has a strict No Party Policy.
Smoking is not permitted in the Property at any time, however ashtrays are provided for people who wish to smoke on the balcony.
Perth Executive Stays shall not be liable for the loss of or damage to monies, valuables or personal effects belonging to occupants or guests during their stay. Personal safety is the responsibility of the occupant. Perth Executive Stays shall not be held responsible for any accident or injury sustained by occupants or guests during their stay.
