A beautifully appointed one bedroom apartment with a balcony, in a security building opposite Parliament House and just a short walk to the city, the river, Kings Park, Elizabeth Quay and the Conference Centre.

Facing North with river, city and Hills views, this is a private and secure city haven which has been fully refurbished and now has free wifi (up to 10gb per week).

An ideal escape from the hubbub of the city yet close enough to walk to it all in just a few minutes.

(Please note-this a non-smoking apartment.)

Minimum stay - 3 nights

Our cleaner is very accommodating, but it is not always possible to offer changeovers on public holidays .

Great location, property, value.

This was my fourth stay at this location because of easy access to secure parking, clean apartment,walking distant to CBD, Kings Park and transportation. Looking forward to my next visit.

Excellent facility

Very clean and comfortable apartment. We walked to Elizabeth Quay. Convenient to town and freeways. Secure parking. Quiet and safe area. The bed was comfortable too!. Would definitely stay there again. We enjoyed our stay.

A great location.

A great location as central to all roads north, south, east or west of the CBD. Loved the view and enjoyed watching a fireworks show on South Perth foreshore.

Enjoyed our 2 wk stay. Very convenient position to CBD & access to freeway north & South. Quiet block of units, secured parking & lovely views. Comfortable for two people on short stay. Would book again.

This property is located opposite Parliament House and within a 10 minute leisurely walk to the CBD , Elizabeth Quay and the Swan River with Kings Park, in the opposite direction.

Very central and with bus services ( some free) almost at your door.
