Master bedroom has king bed, a sitting area, 40' LED LCD TV, a massive spa like in-suite bathroom with heated floors, two sinks, jacuzzi bath, separate shower and toilet and expansive walk-in closet and changing area.
Second bedroom has queen bed, sitting area, large bathroom with tiled shower, separate toilet and large walk-in closet.
Den/3rd Bedroom has a queen sleeper sofa down comforter and pillows, 42' LED LCD TV, Blue-ray player. Can be set-up as 3rd bedroom or den upon request.
Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with large island and three bar stools is perfect for entertaining and opens up to the dining area and living room. Large dining room table seats 8. Baldy views from living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living room has 47' LED LCD TV mounted above the gas fire place. Includes, HDTV cable connection, Blue-ray/CD player and stereo system with in wall speakers and sub woofer for great music listening and tv/movie watching.
Wifi internet access throughout the condo with 15mb/s high speed access. Three cordless phones with free domestic long distance included.
In unit laundry room with full size high efficiency front loading washer and dryer.

This location was perfect for our family. We walked everywhere, art galleries, shops and restaurants. The quality of the construction is lovely. Heated floors in the Master bath was appreciated by all. (Addition of a magnifying mirror would be a plus.) Lots of closets, comfortable lounge sofa and plenty of room for any guests at the dining table. The property managers were great and very responsive- Kathy. Also the building Manager helped us- the parking spot was difficult to maneuver the Tahoe into the awkward spot. He let us know of another spot we could use for the week. Kitchen is well stocked with basics and then some. Look before you shop. Property was clean and we had service during our stay , which was arranged through rental company and was great. I would recommend this property and plan to return. We were there during a very busy time and found some great restaurants that were also very accommodating; lunch at Perry's, dinner at Il Naso and Pioneer are not to be missed. Also snow shoeing at Galena was great and delicious lunch with many options. Only challenge for us was the window coverings in bedrooms- nice blinds that open from top or bottom, but, too bright. The street corner is well lit and therefore very difficult to have darkness/ sleep especially in the second bedroom. Easy fix- please install wall coverings (drapes) in the 2 bedrooms that may be opened/ closed for sleep/ darkening. The living/dining area has wood blinds and is not on the street light corner, and my boys used the air mattresses and slept there.

Condo met my expectations. I've stayed there before. Only negative was the shower head in the master bath. I hauled some water while fishing. And the shower head gave me stinging shoots of water. I understand about the water usage thing. But this was a big negative.
Even more beautiful than the pictures project. This spacious, warm, open living condo makes a wonderful place for a gathering of friends and family. The owner very thoughtfully furnished it with high end comfort in mind. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to bring on a large feast. The view from the deck is magical. I loved every minute of our stay. Within walking distance to shops, movie theatre, grocery stores, post office and restaurants. This is a place where I can bring my grown children and their families and know without a doubt they will not be disappointed!
This place totally exceeded my family's expectations. I love to cook and the kitchen was amazing. All the furnishings were warm and comfy, the rooftop spas were just the ticket for watching the para gliders soaring over the gondola. It's located in a great location smack dab in between downtown and the gondola. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family. We'll definitely be back in the winter.
