Superbly located seconds away from the beach, shops, restaurants, transport and some of the best cafes in town.

The apartment has it's own private entrance and stairway which lead into the recently decorated and renovated home with resurfaced and varnished floorboards throughout.

Entertaining guests is perfect on the balcony which enjoys glimpses of the beach through a landscaped leafy outlook. Ideally close to it all yet quiet and tranquil this stunning property is sure to impress. The apartment is all quality with designer furniture and artworks, top of the range kitchen appliances, flat screen TV, and all quality bed linens and towels.

All rooms are filled with natural sunlight year round and offer 3m high ceilings and ceiling fans.

The master bedroom has built in wardrobes , a queen bed and enjoys a perched view from the large bay window

Second bedroom absolutely bathes in sunlight and has built in wardrobes and queen bed

Street parking available. Go anywhere in Sydney from the bus stop round the corner with the full public transport system or the Bondi Explorer tourist bus. The airport is 30 minutes away.

Our concierge will personally meet you on arrival to show you around

There is metered street parking only directly out side of the apartment.

A temporary parking permit can be obtained for $43/month from Waverley Council Office (8.30am - 5pm Mon-Fri) at 55 Spring St, Bondi Junction, NSW 2022. Requires a photo or copy of the registration to be shown to prove vehicle identity. Submit a Temporary Parking Permit Application with vehicle make, model and registration number. A vacation rental lease document proving that you are staying at the address, and an ID.

For rental cars getting a permit can only be done after the car is collected.

Terms and Conditions

Pets are loved but not allowed.

No Smoking inside the house.

Departure cleaning fee $175

Please note that all of our holiday homes have a 7 night minimum stay when booking over the new year.
