Ski In / Ski Out Details:: Enjoy Ski In / Ski Out convenience in Breckenridge (and 15-20 minute drive to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper). A few minutes Ski through forest/trees to a Green Run to the base of Peak 9 (Quicksilver and beaver run 6 chair high speed lift). Ski back to Townhome involves Blue/Black and Intermediate/Advanced skiing in the forest/trees (dependant on peak 10 being open) -OR- Green/Blue Beginner skiing with a 300 yard hike (dependant on Peak 9 Beaver Run Lift being open/running and Upper Lehman and Lower Lehman runs being open). Peak 9 Base / Village Center / Main Street Station houses Ski School, Kids Ski School, and boasts some of the most gorgeous views of the ski area and the surrounding peaks.

We love to alpine ski, telemark ski, mountain bike, and run. Breckenridge is a great location to do all of our favorite activities. We also enjoy our time as a family in Breckenridge, our two kids (ages 7 and 4) love to spend time enjoying the outdoors and the town of Breckenridge.

Great, clean place for a girl's weekend!

I had the pleasure of staying here at Regina's condo for a weekend for my 30th birthday celebration. There were 9 of us ladies and we were incredibly comfortable staying here. We even saw a moose within an hour of our arrival!! The personal hot tub on the back porch is such a plus and the affordability is amazing. We will be returning as soon as we can, and I know some of the other guests were wanting to come back as well. Thanks again for the great stay!

Great location for hiking and biking with plenty of room for guests!

The townhouse is located on a ridge line south of Main Street in Breckenridge. The location means that it is quiet with tremendous views and immediate access to hiking and biking trails. Getting to town usually means taking a car but you could hike down the Burro or Warriors Mark trails for about a mile or so to get to Main Street Station.The property is well maintained and spacious with room for couples as well as groups.

Nice place in great location

Nice and clean condo, back deck and hot tub was great. Walk to downtown in about 20 minutes using the Burro trail that runs along the stream (to town is downhill, back to condo is more uphill, just take it easy at Breck Brewery and you'll be fine). Regina was friendly and very helpful. Saw a fox a few times out back and lots of hummingbirds, the neighbors say they've seen a moose but no such luck while we were there, although we almost crashed into one while biking near Frisco. This is a nice condo, far enough from town to feel secluded but close enough to walk on a nice wooded trail. Thank you Regina for going above and beyond!

Amazing place to stay!

This condo was clean and welcoming upon our arrival. We enjoyed the hot tub after trail running right out the back door of the condo. The bathrooms were very well stocked with towels. The owner was quick to reply to my questions. The back porch was a great place to unwind in the evenings with a drink and a book! The neighbors were friendly.

Beautiful town home in a secluded location, but close to main St! Loved the privacy in the back...

The owners of the town home were very pleasant to work with and very responsive. The townhouse was exactly as described with tons of space, all the basic essentials, and it was very clean. The back yard backed up to a great quiet wooded area, there was a nice deck, and the hot tub was perfect at night under the stars. I would highly recommend this town home to anyone looking for a place that is close attractions but just far enough away to feel very secluded. We did not encounter any issues with the home and will certainly return if we return to the area. Fantastic!!!

The stuff dreams are made of.

My daughter wanted to see snow and boy did we get tons of snow! The location is a dream, I felt like I was in a Currier and Ives Christmas print. Very easy to get to and very secluded yet close to shops. The landscape is gorgeous and the townhome is very well maintained and well stocked. I really enjoyed my time there and wished that I booked my entire vacation there. I look forward to another visit next year. Thanks very much Regina & Chris!

Located on Peak 10 in Breckenridge, CO. Part of Eagles View townhomes. Approximately a 7 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge. A 15-20 minute walk to town in summer.
