Beautifully appointed three bedroom executive townhouse, in the heart of Kiama.
The townhouse includes an open plan living, with separate dining area. Fully appointed modern kitchen with stainless appliances including dishwasher and large double door refrigerator/freezer for extra storage. Opening off the living area is a lovely large patio, perfect for entertaining with an outdoor setting for 8 and a stainless gas BBQ. Downstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms that sleeps 6 adults (3 queen size beds and a trundle suitable for a child * ). The main bedroom opens out onto undercover courtyard and grassed area for the kids to play. Undercover security parking for two vehicles. There is full heating for Winter and reverse cycle air conditioning in living for Summer.
Located in the heart of town within 2 minutes walking distance to local shopping centre and 10 minutes to the beach.
(NB * : Maximum occupancy is at the discretion of the owners. The apartment is in a residential complex and large groups that are deemed unsuitable will not be permitted; Unit is non smoking - Permitted outside only).
Tenants should supply own linen or linen can be supplied at $60 per stay. Cleaning included in price of the stay - NO HIDDEN COSTS

Kiama is a beautiful seaside township 120km south of Sydney (about 2 hours drive). It is bordered to the west by rugged rainforest and to the east by golden beaches. Kiama is great for families with beautiful beaches and an ocean rock pool for swimming surfing and fishing. The main street includes boutique shops, art galleries and numerous alfresco cafes and restaurants. The seaside markets are held every 3rd Sunday of each month. The kids will enjoy nearby Jamberoo water park and the local golf courses and tennis courts. Every visit to Kiama should also include a trip to see the amazing Kiama blowhole, at Blowhole Point.
If it is cold don't worry, there apartment is fully heated and there is plenty to do in Winter as well. Kiama is close to the township of Berry (20 minutes), which is known for its wineries, restaurants and fantastic shopping. Nature lovers will enjoy the Kiama Coast Walk, a 6km track extending from Loves Bay to Werri Lagoon near Gerringong, and also Killalea Recreation Area, a nature reserve on Bass Point, south of Shellharbour.

Please note that the MINIMUM NIGHT STAY is at the discretion of the owner and is 7 nights for Christmas & NY and 4 nights for the month of January and the Easter Break unless otherwise negotiated.
The following terms and conditions are included in the TENANCY AGREEMENT. All guests are required to sign and return this agreement before your stay.
KEY PICK UP: Please contact the property manager to arrange key pick up (the managers details will have been emailed to you earlier). If you are arranging for pick up of keys outside of business hours, please advise at least one week prior to your stay.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS: To confirm a holiday booking a 50% deposit must be paid otherwise the property may be made available for renting. The balance is due at least 48 hours or more prior to arrival. Your credit card details will be held as security for the bond.
PAYMENT can be made BY CREDIT CARD, BANK DEPOSIT, BANK CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER ONLY
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT: the property is available from 2 PM on date of arrival. The premises are to be vacated by 10 AM on the day of departure.
CANCELLATIONS: In the event of cancellation of the said accommodation and the premises are relet, 15% of the total tariff will be retained and the balance refunded. The entire amount will be forfeited if the agent is unable to secure or relet the negotiated period. The deposit taken on a particular property for a specific time is not transferable to another time frame on that property or any other property.
OCCUPANCY: The number of occupants is stated on our confirmation of booking form and this number must not be exceeded. The property shall not be used for any purposes other than holiday accommodation and shall not be sub-let.
DAMAGES, BREAKAGES & LOSSES: are the responsibility of the tenant. An inventory is checked after your stay and all damage or losses will need to be paid for.
CLEANING: Please leave the apartment as you found it. Please ensure that all dishes and cooking implements are washed and put away prior to departure. If the cleaner is required to do unreasonably more than a standard clean, the additional time will need to be charged.
GARBAGE should be placed in the bins provided and put out for collection on the allocated collection day, which is on the fridge. Any excess garbage to be disposed of in a proper manner by the tenant.
LINEN: Please note that Linen & Towels are not provided, so you will need to provide your own. Linen may be supplied on request for $60 per stay.
Finally and most importantly, please treat the apartment as your own home. It is a lovely relaxing environment and we hope you enjoy it and return with your friends many times.

We had a lovely two night stay. Apartment does need a little housekeeping ... glass sliding door lock broken, powerpoints hanging out of walls in main bedroom and laundry, trundle wheel broken, no shower screen on ensuite shower (I understand this doesn't affect the function of the shower but when you're paying decent money for accommodation, these little things need to be addressed). The place could also do with a decent clean, in particular the balconies. Very spacious. Plenty of room for our family of four

The townhouse is equipped very thoughtfully. Only one thing we would like to suggest is that every room better to have its own walk-in robe.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay with our family. We will definitely be returning.
Great stay, great location
Great little place to stay if you want to explore Kiama with ease. Within walking distance to the shop strip with all the cafes, Woolworths and the Blow hole attraction.
Very homey interiors, great for a family or couple getaway.
Very little negatives - no shower screen in main ensuite, electrical power socket falling off in main room. Minor maintenance things.These did not affect our stay as everything was functional.
We will definitely come stay again :), Thank you.
