This lake house has unobstructed views of Lake Lanier all year long, with outstanding views of the lake from the kitchen, eating area, screened porch and deck. It is located in the Overlook Subdivision, which is a family subdivision, and near to the North Georgia Premium Outlet Mall and five different wineries.
This property is very peaceful, and very beautiful, but is located near many different types of activities.
Only my second lake vacation and first on lake Lanier this house was fantastic both from location and friendliness factor. The neughbors were great, volleyball net provided the kids some late day fun after boating and really convenient for that quick run into town for supplies. Would definitely recommend
While the pics are nice they do not do justice to the property. Curb appeal is so so but the interior and the view of the lake is beautiful
this house with its fantastic view of the lake and all the amenities a family could want, provided us with the best vacation we ever spent with our children and Grandchildren.
Whether having breakfast on the screened in porch or dinner in the spacious kitchen/living room area, the lake was always visible. The large screen t.v.'s and pool table as well as the volleyball net gave us hours of fun. The owner has truly considered all our needs in furnishing this perfect vacation spot. We fully intend to come here again next year.
We loved our stay. The house has everything you can possibly need and more. We loved the easy access to the lake and my husband fished off the shoreline and caught many, big fish! We enjoyed the comfy sofa and TV room. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a large seating area. We would definitely rent this home again!
The description for this lakefront home is exactly as described, only better. The location is perfect! The view of the peaceful, calm water from this home is amazing. This house is equipped with everything you could possibly want to make your stay comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. Our family of 8 had plenty of space to stretch and relax. The huge screened in back porch is a great place for cards and board games. I would definitely recommend this home for your next family vacation.
This was the perfect home for our first family Christmas together in years and our grand baby's first ever.
There was everything at our finger tips in the kitchen to make this a memorable week. There was plenty of seating for all the family and friends. All the bed were so comfortable it just made it feel like home.
The 2 large tv's were great and had football games going on both while the boys played pool on there fantastic pool table. The home is conveniently located near shopping and the wonderful Outlet Center.
