Great location

This is a very nice apartment which could do with a bit of TLC. New window blinds and a coat of paint would make a difference. There were however lots of towels and cooking utensils which makes a nice change in these rental apartments.

The location is excellent, I especially enjoyed the 24 hour supermarket across the road. My grandchildren loved the pool next door. Lots of eateries within walking distance and an excellent bus service.

There is a good chance we will book again next year.

Very nice appartment

The appartment is very nice, clean, and the location is good - near to Canningbridge station, a 24/7-IGA on the opposite site of the street. We enjoyed our stay very much. The communcation with the office prior to arrival was however complicated and the tone was rather rude.

Good location

There were four things disappointing about the apartment: a leaking tap in the bathroom, a nail protruding from the floor in the entrance to the second bedroom, a curtain rail in the main bedroom that was barely attached to the wall and kept falling down and a travel cot that was broken and unable to be used.

Owner's Response: In future it helps to let the property manager knows about things of concern. To write a review after fact is a little too late. There was no leaking tap found, the protruding nail is now back in position. Curtain rail seem to operate fine and the baby cot is not broken.

We found Chez on kintail fantastic accomodation. Everything we could possibly need was available.The apartment was very clean as well.We own a 4wd and did find the available parking bay tricky at times otherwise we would definately recommend Chez on kintail to anyone.
