Casa 'Helena' at Oasis Beach is located on a stunning cliff-top close to the Luis Campomanes Sports Marina and is one of the most beautiful and peaceful areas of this Mediterranean town. This contemporary penthouse is frontline, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with huge terraces, PRIVATE ROOF POOL and communal pool. It has modern luxury fittings throughout including marble floors, hydromassage tub, alfresco dining, HD satellite TV, free unlimited Broadband WiFi, electronic door entry system and secure underground parking.

It is a 15 minute walk to the marina and beach where you can have a relaxing drink amongst some of the £1m+ yachts ! The marina has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants and offers excellent facilities for windsurfing, scuba diving (including a PADI dive centre), boat hire and fishing - ideal for families. There is a beach cove which is excellent for snorkelling directly below the penthouse with a key for access via private gate. There is also another cove, beach and Chringuito (beach restaurant) around 500m away and the main beach at the marina.

Peaceful and beautiful location: The Oasis Beach Residential Complex is located in the southern part of the Valencia Region, within the magnificent natural environment of the Mascarat mountain, next to the Morro de Toix Nature Reserve and not far from the Luis Campomanes Sports Marina. This is one of the most beautiful and peaceful areas of this Mediterranean town offering marvellous sea views where you can rest and relax all year round.

Hotel, Spa, Gym, Tennis & Golf: Just a short walk away you can enjoy your leisure time at the Luis Campomanes Sports Marina (Greenwich Mariner). In addition to this, the location of Oasis Beach is in one of the finest areas of the luxury Altea Hills Estate, with its five-star Meliá Altea Hills Hotel and the facilities of the Altea Hills Club Resort. There are 8 excellent courses in a radius of half an hour from the apartment & many more in a 1 hour radius. The Don Cayo course in Altea (less than 15 minutes away) is a 9 hole course with spectacular views looking along the coast and with one of the longest par 5's in Spain. Further afield there is a selection of 18 hole courses - including the challenging championship courses at the Nicklaus designed courses at Real de Faula Benidorm, the Olazabal designed La Sella course between Javea and Denia, and the Ballesteros designed course at Oliva Nova.

The amazing views from Casa Helena are second to none, it's both inspiring and uplifting. For me the most beautiful parts of the World are where rugged mountains sweep down to the sea like the Almalfi Coast, Monte Carlo and Cape Town...this is one of those special places. All you can hear are the waves, seagulls and the swifts. The apartment is modern, secure, light, airy and well equipped. It has WiFi, iPod Docking and Digital TV...what more do you need. We constantly lost track of time sat on the terrace with a glass of wine marvelling at the views.The local Marina is a walk away with great bars & restaurants. Altea Old Town is very cool. We've been twice now and can't wait to go again, thoroughly recommended - Mark and Teresa

The beautiful town of Altea is a mix of both old and new, the old part has cobbled streets, white washed stone houses and a beautiful church complete with glinting blue dome roof, all set upon a tall hill. The newer part has a promenade with sea front restaurants and great coffee places to relax during the day.

Night time in the old part of Altea is entertaining with cobbled courtyards and lanes lined with galleries, lovely little shops of hand made goods, stalls run by craftspeople and some fantastic restaurants. The whole feel of the old town is busy yet romantic and relaxing.

Family activities for a great day out in the area also include Terra Mitica – theme park with some great roller coasters for all age groups; Aqualandia – one of the best water parks in Europe; Mundomare – marine park with dolphins; Terra Natura - journey through exotic worlds; Fonts de Algar - natural spring where you can bath in rock pools and climb up waterfalls.

Notes:
The real feature of this property is the stunning front-line sea views from the bedroom terraces and the huge 110m2 roof terrace with private pool (5m x 2m). The roof terrace has 6 luxury Kettal sunbeds, Weber BBQ and dining table and chairs for 6 under a thatched 'pergola'. Enjoy those sunset evenings with a long drink on the terrace listening to the sound of the sea against the 'Morro de Toix' Natural Reserve cliffs. The property and fittings are high quality with marble floors throughout and terraces in non-slippery ceramic tiles (ideal for children). The kitchen has granite worktops, twin sinks, electric oven, vitroceramic hob and stainless steel extractor hood, washing machine, dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer. There is also a coffee maker, juice blender and electric cool box for your use. Other facilities include secure underground parking with lifts direct to apartment, audio/video entry system, security shutters on all windows, safe and front door with 3 bolt lock.

An excellent holiday apartment

This is an excellent holiday apartment and we would stay here again.

Debbie will respond quickly and honestly to any queries.

Payment is direct but don’t let this put you off and refund of the security deposit was very quick.

Car is essential. Hire from airport. It is easy to get to, mainly motorway and is 50 mins from airport.

Apartment is spacious, very clean and well maintained. View from balconies is brilliant and the small bay is busy with boats etc. It is still quiet though and whole complex feels safe and secure. Photos are accurate.

Detailed manual in apartment, which is also emailed to you. Internet speed good.

There are two spacious balconies so you can move from shade, sun to breeze over the course of the day. Hot when we were there so breeze was great. Air con throughout worked well.

Roof top plunge pool is approx. one metre depth – suited 9 year old perfectly. Pool on ground floor also good but deeper maybe 1.2-2m depth. Quiet so often had this to ourselves.

Beach is accessible by a very steep dirt path. You would need beach shoes for the climb and also the beach is stones. Can snorkel here too.

So overall a fantastic holiday apartment.

Stunning location and views

Our stay at this lovely apartment really was bliss. The property is just as described in the listing, with a modern but comfortable feel, and the air-con was great in the August heat. Swimming in the refreshing waters of the beach below, a few minutes descent from the apartment, was amazing and more than welcome. Both the communal and private pool were great, too. The owner and the key holder were always friendly, helpful and sorted out any issues promptly. I would certainly recommend this property and am planning to go again next year!

Spectacular view !

Just a quick note to let you know we had a wonderful time in your apartment. The views are spectacular and we spent hours watching the boats and climbers on the cliffs, so peaceful and relaxing. The apartment itself is fabulous with great decor and attention to every detail, I have been recommending it to all our friends since we returned.

The marina at Mascarat, is probably the best we visited along the coast, although smaller than some it has some lovely restaurants and the yacht club is a great location to enjoy a glass or too and watch the boats.

I hope to go back again next year

We provide bed linen, towels, tea towels & beach/pool towels. A welcome pack is included and all guests are greeted by a local representative who will show you around the apartment. Apartment will be available on day of arrival at 3pm. There is a 60 euro charge payable directly to our local representative if arriving after 8pm (11pm is the latest time of arrival). Departure time is 10am.

A deposit of 30% is required on booking. The remaining balance, plus €300 refundable security deposit, is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is returned 10 days from departure, less any deductions for breakages or losses. SUPPLEMENTS APPLY: Final clean contribution €130, Cot & High chair available at no extra charge. Payment is via bank transfer.
