We scoped out the area for years, and listened to our countless clients who asked for more than a hotel room, but a condo with two bedrooms and two washrooms, and something really nice to relax in, with good technology and high end furnishings, in a very safe area but not isolated like most apartments requiring a car, without inner city pollution, with good views of green Costa Rica, but also within walking distance of restaurants & grocery stores, gyms, and entertainment & bars to be within walking distance. And they also asked for free pick up from their lodging for day excursions. Before even posting the listing on Homeaway, we already had almost solid bookings for the first two months.
What makes this Condo unique
Many folk decide on Costa Rica, get the air tickets then think...ok now how do we plan? How do we move around & see stuff in limited time. Solution: Why not just choose a vacation condo that's central & near SJO airport. You don't need to spend on rental vehicles (but if you do, ask Parklands for the best honest deal). Enjoy the ease of hailing a cab or uber on the same street. You can also walk to the nearby Plaza Cariari Mall. Direct public buses can take you to the airport & into downtown San Jose Capital as well as to Heredia & Belen. Fantastic tour vans pick up on the same street or at your condo to take you to have fun days enjoying the volcanos, wildlife, zipline, jungle rafting, beaches & culture. Wonderful place to stay!
It was a perfect place for us to stay, since it was so close to the conference center where we attended! This is our second stay in this apartment and we love it! It has what you need to have an easy stay- it's close to the mall if you want to eat out, but it also have a fully equipped kitchen to cook yourself if you prefer that.
Our kids loved the fact that there's a pool on the property, where they could go and swim!
Minisemester
Underbar lägenhet med två sovrum, där farmor kunde ha minisemester tillsammans med pojkarna, under tiden föräldrarna var på konferens. Vi kände oss väldigt trygga med portvakt vid grinden dygnet runt och poolen då.... Precis lagom till småpojkarna. Den användes flitigt flera gånger om dagen. På TV fanns det flera barnkanaler att välja på, när vi ville ta det lite lugnt. Kändes lite lyxigt faktiskt :D
Clean, safe and comfortable condo!
We stayed 6 nights in this wonderful condo!
Parklands have really taken good care of everything we needed, and i felt so good that we could pay everything beforehand and did not have to deal with cash payments.
The location was perfect for us, as we were attending a conference at the Wyndham conference center, and could have a short relaxing walk there in the mornings and back in the evenings.
The mall with restaurants was also close by, so no problems with the food, we ate out about half the meals and cooked in the condo the other half! the Kitchen was perfect for our Family!
The condo was, with a very Tico phrase.. "Pura Vida"!!!

Outside you will quickly realize this beautiful modern condo is located in a superior place with everything on your doorstep - just a couple of minutes walk to every type of restaurant and fast food you probably crave, stores, banks, and supermarket. Gym, and Bowling Lanes, and Movie Theater Multiplex, and just minutes walk from taxis, buses, and the pick up locations for most one-day tours from San Jose.
The condo is located a few minutes walk from Plaza Real Carari Mall, just off Hwy 1 Expressway, less than 10 minutes east of San Jose International Airport & a bit more than 10 minutes north west of downtown San Jose.
You are in a hotel and conference center zone, where you will also find the Wyndam Herradura, City Express, Hilton Double Tree, and more within walking distance or a quick cheap taxi ride.
It's a great location where great day tours leave from, to enjoy a day Tropical White Water Rafting, visiting the National Parks, Volcanos (Irazu & Poas), Nature Reserves, Coffee Plantations, Crocodiles, and so much more! From this location you are just minutes walk from where you can easily be picked up and dropped off from your Costa Rica excursions.
