Graduation Week In Warren

  • 5 of 5

I just spent 6 days at this wonderful house and I could not have asked for anything better. The area is beautiful and the property even more so. The owner is wonderful and very easy to work with, I kind of made last minute plans and she was very accommodating and quick to replay to my messages. We arrived and the house is exactly as described here, the Kitchen is INCREDIBLE and was my favorite part. The house has plenty of room for everyone and then some. Shopping and dining are only a short drive away and so are all of the area attractions, overall for this area I don't believe you could find a better location to spend your time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that asked, and for Norwich University folks it is about 20 minutes from the school and a very easy drive.

Beautiful Fall foliage and the Mad River

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I had a wonderful week here, the house is ideal, overlooking the river, with a nice yard to just relax to the sounds of the running water, great kitchen and comfortable warm feeling inside, an easy walk to Warren Village and still the feeling of seclusion. The owner was incredibly helpful and easy to work with on very short notice from us. Right off rt 100 so easy access to all the sites and activities. We have rented many homes in the Valley over the years and this one is highly recommended.

Weekend on the Mad River

  • 5 of 5

My family of 5 + dog just spent a lovely weekend in the fresh fall foliage sleeping to the sounds of the Mad River. This home met all of our needs, including a renovated kitchen that would suit every chef. The location can't be beat since you are right of of VT 100 and don't hear a car, just the gorgeous sound of the river. Visit the Warren Store for delicious sandwiches - you can see how busy they are from the house!

Downtime in VT

  • 4 of 5

We recently returned from our quiet & relaxing stay in VT. We really enjoyed this property. It was well appointed and located just steps away from the quaint little town of Warren. The Mad River Valley offers great hiking and biking opportunities. Thanks so much to the property owner for making this stay so enjoyable.

Clean, Comfy, and Convenient

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in this home and exploring the Mad River valley. The home sits on a stupendous river location, convenient to the quaint town of Warren, hiking trails, Sugarbush, kayaking at Blueberry Lake, and exploring the towns of Waitsfield and Stowe, further north up route 100. The location is very quiet and peaceful, and the home is clean, open, spacious, and warm. It has a beautiful new kitchen, making meal preparation a treat. The owner was prompt, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend this property!

Even better the second time around

  • 5 of 5

My family stayed here for a second time this July and found it, as the year before a perfect getaway especially for my wife. After work, school, and a long difficult year losing a parent, the time spent at rivers edge and in the swimming hole a short wade upstream was as much therepy as it was fun. We were all rejuvinated, (and saddned) when it was over...until next year!
