Serenity Port Douglas: Luxury Beachfront
From the moment you arrive at Serenity you can see why this property is truly 5 Star. just a few steps to the beach and a short stroll to the town centre.
Serenity has all the mod cons and is very well designed to accommodate anywhere from 2 to 6 people.
Serenity is very well maintained and looked after.
We have stayed at Serenity 3 times now and intend to go back this year.
Having stayed in many places around the world this property is at the top of the game and we have and will continue tyo let people know how good it is.
What an awesome relaxing place to stsy. I will definitely be back and will recommend this place to friends and family. It’s so well positioned to the beach and the town. Loved it
We stayed at Serenty in Garrick St., Port Douglas. The property was situated adjacent to the Foreshore Reserve with a small walkway connecting to the beach.
The property was open plan living with a well equiped kitchen and comfortable sitting area. There is also a small heated pool and a great outdoor entertaining area with barbecue.
The beds were comfortable, two with ensuite and a third with nearby bathroom.
Overall, we would rate it as exceptional and would stay here again.
This property was perfect for a young family. Safe, with ample linen and all the little home furnishing that you need with young children. A short walk to the beach. Its name says it all serenity.
Private AND fantastic location!
What a great venue! we were after a place that we could just 'get away from it all', have privacy, a pool, comfortable enough to self cater, yet close enough to everything, well "Serenity" certainly delivered! Well appointed, large open areas and beautifully decorated. The pool was a perfect size and a great temperature (swimming towels even provided), the bbq area was very well used for preparing all but 2 of our dinners! loved the quick cycle on the washing machine and the kitchen had everything we needed. Glen was a pleasure to deal with during the booking process and with any queries we had, when we called to enquire where we should go to exchange the gas bottle, he said not to worry about it and had it organised for us the same day! very mindful and clearly interested in trying to make your stay in his property as perfect as possible. Serenity is perfectly located in a quite location (a cul de sac), the property is the back one of 2 behind a remote operated gate (I don't think we heard or saw the occupants!), a very short drive to town and walk to 4-mile beach.
Thanks for taking the time for such a detailed review. With our recent renovation we have installed new appliances, whitegoods and the pool has a great heater so its a tempting 29 degrees throughout the dry season. So glad you enjoyed.
Superb Xmas Vacation
Beautifully appointed home with well manicured gardens and private pool. We had a very memorable "Xmas Tropics" holiday with three teenage sons. Home has good indoor/ outdoor flow with lovely BBQ and outside dining area. Home is equipped with all you need and the open design suits this time of year!. The location, in a quiet cul-de-sac provides privacy with a short distance to beach and shops. We really enjoyed our stay.
Im glad you enjoyed our tropical garden there is nothing better than dining outside in the tropics in July when everyone down south are sitting in front of their heaters!
