Les Bougainvilleas is a modern comfortable home set on the intersection of two canals in Broadbeach Waters. The property is at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Almost in point position enjoying 32 metres of private waterfront with a clean private sandy beach and jetty. There are wide water views of up to 300m with mountin views to the west and skyline views to Broadbeach and Surfers paradise to the East. Just 300m to main river by boat.

You will be delighted by the views as soon as you enter the front gate and entry.

This home was built for the sub-tropical climate of the Gold Coast with the focus on outdoor living with multifold doors opening to different outdoor living and dining areas allowing for cross venitilation from the cool breeze from the canal and ocean.
