Our home has a king in the master suite, a private lanai and bath all upstairs. The downstairs has a gourmet kitchen, living area, guest room with a full bed, guest bath, lanai with a bbq grill and seating area, laundry room and we welcome you to use our garage.
Within walking distance is the Shops at Mauna Lani, for groceries, dining, shopping or gourmet coffee and drinks.

Kulalani condo development in Mauni Launi as our vacation paradise!
Great value for money. Unit is very clean & well equipped. Wendee was fantastic to work with and even got my buddy a unit at last minute in same complex. Had a great time,plenty of room. Only reason it doesn't get 5* is the view was limited to foliage. Still, for the price, it was fantastic!
My husband, teenage daughter and I stayed in this condo for 2 weeks and loved it. This condo is exactly as pictured and the manager Wendee is the best, so helpful and responsive. We felt extremely comfortable in the condo and our daughter loved having her own room and bathroom downstairs. The condo is stocked with things you need and a few kitchen items I suggested to Wendee during our stay that were no there, she left for us during our stay. Thank you so much for the large wok style pan! The kitchen even has a rice maker! There is plenty of dishwasher and laundry (we left some more) detergent and lots of towels, beach and bath. The washer and dryer came in handy and we used them everyday, only came with carry-ons which is all you really need. The beds were very comfortable, too. The condo is in a great location, really close to the pools which are quiet. Several times we were the only ones in the pool, which was lovely not to have people everywhere like it is down in Waikoloa. There are several coolers in the garage for you to back picnic lunches for excursions, like a trip to the volcano. The beach club at Mauna Lani was beautiful and we loved snorkeling in the bay, rent gear from Snorkel Bobs in the Mauna Lani shops. Also for grocery shopping, the Foodland in the shops is good and will give you a discount with a phone number but drive up to Waikoloa Village (~6 miles) and go to the full service KTA grocery store in the shops area. It is much larger, has a lot more selection, and less expensive. Make sure you get there ad and coupon book as well, just ask someone for the book. There is also a post office in Waikoloa Village. Also, stop at the Costco, about 1.5 miles south of the Kona airport and stock up on several items before heading to condo. Costco also has the cheapest gas prices on the island. Overall, I would say we choose the right property for us and this condo was perfect! Great management and great location on the island, making it easy to get to places and the complex simply beautiful, private and relaxing. I miss it already!
My wife and I, along with our toddler son, loved this place! Our time on the big island was great and a large part of that was this place. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Easy access to both the large pool, and the Mauna Lani Beach Club made it like we were at a resort, however instead of just a hotel room we had an entire home with a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms. With a family this is the only way to go. Wendee was also great to work with. She was very accommodating!
Our stay was great. The home is comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked with spices, oils, etc - everything you need to cook at home. We especially liked having the outdoor grill and the washer/dryer.
It is right next door to the community pool and gym, which was really convenient.
The resort beaches and pools require a short drive but it wasn't an issue at all.
We also liked all the beach accessories that were available to us: towels, chairs, mats, boogie boards, etc
First and foremost, the attention and service you receive from the Manager, Wendee, is five star. She went above and beyond with any question or concern we had and always responded in a timely manner. That made our vacation great before we even left home. Wonderful service. The set up is perfect for privacy if you are two couples or a family with kids as there is the upstairs master suite and the downstairs bedroom with a bathroom as well. The townhouse is exactly as pictured and has all of the amenities you need. It is a little worn on things you'd expect in a rental - the carpet, etc and the glass door in the bathroom is a bit of a pain if you are bathing little ones but those are MINOR compared to how beautiful and spacious the unit is. It is conveniently located near the rec centre - literally a 1 minute walk away. The pool isn't heated but was refreshing with the heat of the day. The garden view off the lanai is really lovely - we loved having our morning coffees and evening beverages out there. Our 4 month old daughter thoroughly enjoyed laying out on a blanket listening to the birds. Paradise! You are a drive to your beach but it's quite kid friendly and in a little cove. It's a really central location as well to see most of the sites of the island - half hr south is Kona, half hour north is Hawi and the Pololu lookout, and about an hr and a half away is Hilo.
Also the most beautiful beaches on the island (Mauna Kea, Hapuna, both must sees!) and a 5-10 minute drive away and GORGEOUS! Hawi is a must see as well - such a chill little town with lovely shops and art galleries. The condo has boogie boards and pool noodles as well as beach chairs and coolers. All the things you need to make a lovely beach day. We adored our time on the Big Island and this townhouse worked perfectly for us. If you like snorkelling, take the time to make it to Kahaluu Beach Park, was tons to see and so beautiful. Also, where we spotted the most turtles was in the rocky beach area of Puako. So many cool places to see!
We very much enjoyed our stay in this Mauna Lani condo. The description and pictures accurately represent the property. We enjoyed the close proximity to the pools and gym, as well as the grocery store, restaurants and other shops. The walk ability of the Mauna Lani community, the lovely beaches, fish ponds and golf courses keep us coming back.
Kulalani is a private gated community, and our 2 story villa is located right beside the fabulous Recreation Center. Enjoy the lap pool and rec pool, hot tub, exercise facility all in an exquisite park setting with ocean and mountain views. Mauna Lani Resort offers it's own Shopping Center with fine dining, a grocery store, coffee shop, 2 world famous golf courses, luau, beaches and whale watches aboard Mauna Lani Sea Adventures!
