Oceanside apartment located on the ground level at 10 Oceanic Street with a wonderful view of the ocean. You are just about 150 feet away from the 'sand between your toes'. The salt air and ocean breezes make this apartment refreshing and relaxing. You can sit on the front porch in one of the rockers and enjoy family and friends or just relax and read a book. You can drive up and park your vehicle and walk to everything. The local grocery store, restaurants, pizza, ice cream, discount store, beach rentals, surf shop, dress shops, worship services, fishing pier are all just a short walk away. You can get your exercise on the walking loop at the end of the street and walk around the Island. There is a park with swings and sliding boards, basketball goals, tennis courts for family fun within this walking loop. During the prime season, there is a life guard stand at the end of the street on the beach to make sure you and your family are safe while enjoying the water.

This apartment has been completely renovated and we hope that you will find it very enjoyable and a fun place to visit.

Cozy beach house

My friend and I stayed with my two month old and thought it was the perfect house. The rooms were a bit small for all my baby stuff and our luggage but being on the beach you expect the rooms to be small anyway. Plus we weren’t planning on staying in our rooms the entire time. The floors were a bit dirty when walking barefoot but I think some of this may have been sand which can be hard to clean up. The bathroom floors were also a little dirty. We saw two cockroaches in the kitchen which may need to be addressed. The location was perfect. I knew I wanted to be near the wb shops and an easy walk to the beach and this was it. Despite the dirt and cockroaches I would still stay here bc the house was very cute and in a great spot. The owners were also great to work with and I’m sure if I told them about the dirt and cockroaches they would have addressed it while we were there but I didn’t find it necessary and not a big deal. They have twin little boys that did like to run a lot upstairs in the mornings but as I was already up early in the morning with my little one it didn’t bother me too much, but I could see how it might be difficult to sleep in. The owners stayed out of the way but said hello and apologized if the boys had woken us up. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay here again!

Owner's Response: Hey sorry about the noise from the kids. We do have carpet upstairs to try and keep the noise down. Also every 3 months we do spray for bugs and we had just sprayed so that might have been why you saw a couple roaches but that is no excuse. The floors shouldn't have been a issue. I should have used a second mop head to do a second clean and very sorry about that. I do use a shop vaccum to try and get up all the sand and dirt. This is my fault and will try harder to get everything up in the future. Once again the Cofer family is sorry for all the mess and will defiantly do better in the future. Thank you

Must have experienced an "off" weekend, from others great reviews

Didn't seem super clean especially when cups and utensils were lacking and we noticed dishwasher not unloaded. Couldn't tell if it had been run because "drain" light was on. Guess I should have clued in when they said bring linens, that not much would be available.

Noisy A/C noted by other guests didn't bother us and actually helped drown out the kids upstairs (a little). At least Ace knew they were loud, as he said he "hoped the twins hadn't bothered us", the following morning. I guess they were having a weekend get together because a lot of traffic up and down and in the car yard.

We attempted to sit on the porch, but the neighbors were yelling obscenities at their children from the balcony. This was overshadowed by adjacent neighbors having car towed and it's owner disputing that Alex's brother had said they could park there. Not very classy and unusually busy street.

The location is ideal with access to the beach and walking to the area restaurants and shops. Weather was beautiful!

Owner's Response: Hey! We are sorry for all the noise on the street. We are located in the heart of wrightsville beach where everyone does want to be because of all the shops and restaurants. We try to keep the noise down the best we can as a family home with carpet upstairs but can't control the neighbors or street traffic. As a family home I myself Clay Cofer do all the cleaning and the dish washer must of not ran all the way through. We do supply a dish rag but in the rental agreement and when I give all the information on how to get inside the unit I do let all our guest know to bring their own towels and linens. It is also in the rental agreement everyone signs. We do supply a roll of paper towels for the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper as well as dish soap and hand soap. There are no excuses for a guest to have a bad time at our location and the entire Cofer family hopes you will come back and have a better experience in the future. Once again we are sorry you didn't enjoy your time. Thank you

Good value for price!

Pros: Awesome location. Clean. Comfortable. Cons: Not fancy - air conditioners loud, have to rent linens separately. Overall we felt it was a great value for the price. The owner was helpful & pleasant to work with - was able to arrange to have a package shipped there last minute which was nice.

Cozy with a great location.

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was what we expected from the photos. The location was awesome. The apartment does not have central A/C so the rooms are a bit noisy with the A/C running. We had 4 adults and one child and I would not know where to put any one else. Not sure how it sleeps 7 glad we did not have that many. Overall good for the money and location.

Awesome place!

My family (2 adults, 4 kids ages 7, 5, 3, and 10 months) all stayed in this awesome unit during spring break. We definitely felt like it was big enough for our family (we put the baby in our bedroom in a pack and play). The location was perfect and we made it out to the beach in just a few minutes (and the outdoor shower kept us from tracking sand in!). We were able to walk to restaurants and the ice cream shop. The parking situation was also really great, and I loved that we could do laundry on site. On the rainy days, we played out on the front porch with our board games and books. The Cofers were great to work with!

I Loved this place!

What a wonderful stay...It was immaculate and very homey. The pictures don't do it justice. Great location! The beach is a half block away and there are a lot of cute restaurants, and a small grocery store around the corner. A perfect place to de-stress from the crazine

ss of NYC. I actually saw a school of dolphins swim by one morning while sitting on the beach! The Cofers are wonderful hosts and great to rent from. I look forward to a return visit.
