A modern 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in a quiet spot on the corner of May and York Streets, Subiaco (but accessed via Hay St. Central to Subiaco, Leederville, West Perth and Perth City with the Subiaco train station just a few minutes walk away. This apartment also comes complete with a small private courtyard and garden area. There is a communal pool, spa and BBQ area for the enjoyment of guests and an onsite restaurant "The Vic".

Accommodation consists of a queen bed in the master bedroom and twin share in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. Secure undercover parking provided for 1 car.
