About the property

Our 2004 built two storey house is right in the heart of Peppermint Grove Beach, just metres from the beautiful white sands of Peppi Beach, which is in between Bunbury and Bussleton.

It is the ideal spot for a relaxing holiday, or weekend getaway. It\'s a lovely quiet community and we have one of the most beautiful pristine beaches, which make up Geographe Bay.There is 4WD access to the beach.Small boats can be launched from the beach.

Most of the year it is calm ,which makes it safe for children.Activites include, fishing,crabbing,snorkelling and sailing. Enjoy the playful dolphins who regularly come in to our shores

Capel river runs into Peppermint Grove Beach and is as pretty as a picture .

Capel is a 10 min. drive and has a bottle shop,hardware,butcher,bakery,video store & newsagent.IGA supermarket is open 7 days a week and has an excellent range of goods.

What's inside

Our house is fully equipped with modern decor .Its the perfect holiday house which we have tastefully furnished to give it a holiday feel. It boasts three bedrooms. & two bathrooms.

Down stairs there is a bedroom with two single beds for the kids. The other bedroom has a Queen size bed. This room leads off to the bathroom and laundry/toilet.

Upstairs is the main bedroom (adults retreat) This is an airconditioned unique large room with timber raked ceiling , ensuite and there is a walk in robe to store your clothes and cases.

The other side of the room leads out on to your private balcony with a bistro table and chairs. Great for watching the sunsets whilst sipping a wine.

The kitchen/dining and lounge areas is fully airconditioned and has Tasmanian Oak flooring.This ia a great area with an island bench and stainless steel appliances. We have a large fridge/freezer to store your food and all of the normal kitchenware which you would expect to find in your own home.

Off the kitchen there is a large deck overlooking the beautiful wetlands teeming with birds, ducks and swans in the winter months.There is plenty of room for a leisurely breakfast or just sunbaking on one of our sun lounges. We have a BBQ and outdoor setting for six.

Nice location close to beach

Location great property was clean but downstairs aircon not big enough for ground floor area. Second floor no aircon very hot which made it very uncomfortable.

Owner's Response: My apologies, but thankyou for bringing it to my attention. The downstairs a/c unit has been tested and appears to need regassng, size is ok for area. The upstairs unit has been repaired and is due for refitting this week. Sorry for the inconvenience. Regards, David.

Fastastic Getaway...Home away from HOme

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Seachange Holiday House. So close to the beach and we had amazing weather. The house was clean, neat and tidy and we all felt very relaxed getting away from our busy lives back home. Would thoroughly recommend this to anyone who would want to get away for a few days. Will definately be looking at staying here again.
