The modern & trendy house is only a few years old and can sleep up to 4 people, in 3 bedrooms, and features two bathrooms, including a bath.

The large, main bedroom, features a Queen size bed and is adjoined by a stylish en-suite and walk-in wardrobe.

The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are fitted with 1 x King Single bed in each and are serviced by a modern 2nd bathroom that features a bath and shower, separate powder-room and 2nd toilet.

A computer desk is located in the Formal Lounge, conveniently separated from your casual, open living area. Your modern Formal Dining room is set for 6 and adjoins the open living area and kitchen.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances, including Euro Gas cook top, electric oven, dishwasher and large fridge.

Full laundry with washer/dryer and ironing facilities are available in the house.

All quality, fresh linen is supplied for your comfort.

All bedrooms, lounge and dining areas are fully carpeted while the large open living is porcelain tiled.

Outdoor timber decking surrounds most of the house and the entertainment setting just outside your back door is a lovely spot to sit back and relax and enjoy your BBQ facilities. The property is fully fenced and features a lock up, roller door, carport for your privacy and security which is accessed by the rear of the property. Your stylish 2m high timber-slat front fence welcomes you into a native landscaped courtyard and a café setting for two has been placed on the front porch should you wish to enjoy glass of wine or a cuppa and watch the world pass by whilst still enjoying your privacy.

Long term stays are invited at corporate concession rates.

Unfortunately, no pets are permitted on this property. However, if you are seeking a Pet Friendly stay, please visit our gorgeous 'Gum Paddock Country Cottage' here on "Stayz" where your pets are always welcome.
