About Como Executive Apartment
Suitable for holiday and business stays, Como is a super alternative to city high rise. The apartment is close to the CBD, entertainment and nature!
The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a self contained kitchen/laundry and open air dining and lounge area overlooking a private courtyard. The ottoman in the lounge converts to an extra double bed. Out front is an al fresco courtyard to sit and watch the world go by, enjoy a BBQ, entertain and relax.
Off-road parking for two cars plus verge for trailer and extra cars. Bikes and extra gear can be stored either in the garage or behind locked gates out the back.
The apartment is close to Preston Street, with shops, restaurants, cafes, a cinema and tavern. Bike paths and walkways are at the end of the street, leading to riverside views of the city and parks, playgrounds and cafes plus Como jetty for sitting and relaxing or fishing.
For those looking to watch a footy match there are free buses running frequently just a 7 minute walk from the apartment.
It's a 15 minute walk to Canning Bridge train station, 3 minutes to bus stops connecting to the City, hospitals, schools and universities. Fremantle and Cottesloe beaches are 20-25 minutes away. Nearby suburbs include South Perth, Applecross, Melville, Northbridge, West Perth, Nedlands, Subiaco, Burswood, Bentley, Vic Park, Kensington.
